My 19 year old HVAC unit was on it's last legs. The wonderful people at Alien A/C took the time to analyze the problems, then replaced defective parts and performed a thorough maintenance both inside and out. My unit runs like a champ now. I am very grateful for the honesty and integrity of this company. If you value these traits, call the folks at Alien Air Conditioning! They earned a 10 star review from me.

We're coming up on four years since Alien Air Conditioning installed the new (at the time) heat pump HVAC on our home. It has been one of the smartest upgrades we've made towards our home. The unit they installed still blows cold or heat as needed while using far less electricity to run. The guys from the company walked me through everything they were doing and they genuinely cared about doing business with us. Summer's coming back to Phoenix pretty soon and if you're considering repairing or replacing your current HVAC unit I encourage you to call on Alien Air Conditioning to take care of it.
Alien Air is AMAZING!! I had a part replaced on my air conditioner and mentioned I needed some duct repair from the October storm. Other places stayed a minimum of $2500 to work on it. Alien not only fixed the ductwork but sealed and a bit more for more than less than half the others price. BEST? Jamison and Jose were professional, friendly and actually cleaned up after their work was done. They explained everything; offered suggestions but never pushed anything. I HIGHLY recommend this company.
Alien AC has been amazing since our move to Arizona. They installed a whole new unit in our upstairs, repaired the unit downstairs, and when our heat went out this morning, they talked me through how to re-program our thermostat over the phone. Pricing has been upfront, clear, and fair. Chris and the guys are great to work with. Customer service is just great! Definitely go with them if you need HVAC work done.

We have every construction company in our home, from windows to re-models to plumbers to flooring, you name it we've had them. I have to say to-date Alien Air Conditioning & heating is by far the best. Manners, respect, professionalism none like them. They are the best! I would recommend them to anyone who needs AC work done. The Odlums!

What can I say? I adore this company. I'm a hard customer to impress but each and every time this company exceeds every expectation. Full disclosure---I love aliens so I am partial to any company that has "alien" in its name, but they are the real deal (as are aliens by the way.) This company is amazing.

Jeremy and his coworker came to my house to fix my air. They were fast and efficient. Did not try to upsell me on anything. Honestly and price was right.
They were on time and worked very quickly to get my old A/C unit off of the house and the new one installed. They were also very friendly and professional!

Really recommend this company! They are super friendly and provide quick service which is significant in Arizona heat. My AC broke on a Monday morning, called them, and they were over diagnosing the issue within a couple hours. They were able to get a brand new AC unit, order a crane, and install my new AC unit by 8am on Tuesday morning. Not even 24 hours had passed since I called them and my AC was fixed!
Alien Air was responsive and willing to work with our situation. They were on time and professional, and our replacement unit is 100% functional and cooling our house as expected. The workers were courteous and understanding, and the experience was very positive overall.
Work was completed on time by qualified tech. After speaking with Chris and Mike and comparing other company's I felt confident with purchasing a new Trane unit. They did not disappoint 👏.
Chris at Alien Air goes the extra mile to give excellent service. We had a little leak and he responded quickly to keep our air conditioner running. While there he did our preventative maintenance and as usual we are more than pleased with his work.

I have been a customer of alien air for several years now and have been extremely happy with their service. Most recently I had a routine service appointment scheduled and both the company and the individual repair guy called me the day of to keep me updated on his arrival time. He was punctual and polite and knowledgeable. He was happy to answer any questions I had and explain what was being done before he did it. Overall, great service for a reasonable price!
