Name change.... now : A Quality HVAC. hired to do annual maintenance and they looked at the machines, told us what they will charge .... to do what they were initially hired for AND charged us for two hours for the hour they were there! We are looking for a COMPETENT , TRUSTWORTHY business in the fall!
My Trane 19i compressor failed in early August 2020, so I called the company that had installed it 12 years earlier and had continued to service it for the past 12 years. They wanted to replace it with used showroom/training compressors because "brand new ones were no longer available". That was not a practical option to consider given their $5000+ price tag for a used compressor/condenser and only a two-year warranty. Their next option was to sell me a "complete system" for an even bigger price tag+++. So I called Air Dynamics and so glad I did! They sent Alex out the same day and he quickly determined that I need a new compressor for sure. He spent a lot of time at the house and up in the attic checking things, and also explaining our options. Turns out Air Dynamics is a dealer for American Standard, a sister company to Trane...(parts/systems are identical, but pricing is better)....and so he was able to match up the rest of my Trane system to an American Standard condenser/compressor that was compatible with my Trane furnace and the 1-year old coil in the attic. I got an excellent price and a 10-year warranty, and they saved me thousands of dollars by just being honest and forthright about what I really needed, which was only a new condenser/compressor. The morning of the install, everything went very smooth, like clockwork, with Steve and Alex onsite, and the new unit was up and running by 10 am. Fast forward 30+ days now, this new condenser product called the Gold 17 Series (5 Ton) works beautifully, and is much more efficient than the old Trane 19i. We absolutely love it!...It also uses the new refrigerant R410A and quickly cools the house down, runs quiet, and maintains a consistent temperature throughout the house. Turns out the reason it "died" in the first place was because the previous company failed to replace a valve (TXV) on the new indoor coil with an R-22 valve that is compatible with a Trane 19i compressor. Air Dynamics has been my A/C install/repair professionals for the past 26 years. ALWAYS friendly staff, extremely fast response time, available in emergencies. Most of all, honest well-trained technicians who can fix any issue day or night and never overcharge for parts and/or service. One of their techs had recommended a dual air handler mini-split unit for a small structure on my property. I bought one on his recommendation. It was a brand he'd not yet experienced installing elsewhere, but this brand fit my limited budget. He and his workmate stayed long hours, through his workmate's son's birthday party, through Christmas, even after sunset to get the tricky system working. It took several days of long hours until the unit began working properly and when the the ordeal for them was over, the bill was for the price originally quoted despite the level of difficulty this particular brand required and all the extra days it took to figure out. They never gave up!. They were amazing, hard-working, patient, dedicated technicians. The mini-split has been operating perfectly since 2015. They are the ONLY company I'll use. Outstanding people, outstanding company, outstanding service. Wish I could give 10 stars!

We've been with Air Dynamics for over 18 years. Got lucky finding them.
We knew that something wasn't quite right with our downstairs unit but since we keep it a little warmer we didn't pay much attention. Then when I was cooking for the week it became so hot in the house and that is when it was discovered that we had a problem. AirDynamics was recommended to us so I called them first thing on Monday morning. Monty was the technician that came to our house. He was very nice not only to myself but to my daughter and grandson and our 4 fur babies as well. He went right to work and found the problem rather quickly. After we thought that we were going to have to replace our unit he said that our unit was fine and that we just needed Freon to fix it. OMG, what a relief. He cleaned both units and got the one back up and running. I am such a happy camper. We will continue to have AirDynamics as our A/C go to people and we will refer them to our friends. Extremely positive experience. Thank you AirDynamics.
A different company told me that I needed $2000 in ac repairs and strongly recommended that I just spend 10k and replace the unit entirely. Faced with a potential $10,000 expense I contacted Air Dynamics for a second opinion. The Air Dynamics tech came out the next morning and inspected both of my units, climbed into the attic to look around, and ran a number of tests. He ensured us that there was nothing wrong with either unit and that they didn't need $2000 in repairs much less replacement. The tech didn't charge us a fee for a service call, and even took the time to look over a repair invoice from the other company from 2017. I was very impressed with the level of honesty and customer service provided by Air Dynamics. They saved me thousands of dollars and needless to say I'll be calling them the next time I need work done.
The young man was on time this morning & went right to work checking out my AC unit in the Attic & the unit outside. I did need a couple of new parts on the AC unit which I did allow him to install & so I am ready for the "HOT Summer"! Thank you for your service. Linda Beaty
Monty, from Air Dynamics, just left my house after servicing my AC, he did a GREAT JOB!!! he also fixed a few things that had the potential to damage my unit and he answered a lot a questions that I had, he was very knowledgeable did a neat job and he wasn't pushy or trying to sale me something that I didn't need. The price was very reasonable for the amount of time that he spent and the quality of the job. I have peace of mind knowing that my AC is now working at its best. I got the annual service so I'm looking forward for this company to service my furnace next winter.
I wish I could give Air Dynamics a 10 Star rating because that is how much I appreciate their excellent service. They are very reliable and superiorly knowledgeable in their work. I had a new a/c installed and duct work. I can feel a big difference in the air flow. The a/c looks very nice on my roof. Steve Pillow is the owner. He has a pleasant disposition and I fully trust in him. His employees Monty Lonez and Jose Marzo are very skilled in their work and good people. I am very pleased with their service!!!!
Again, the service was just fine. Scott gave the system a thorough check and solved a thermostat issue. Also, was glad he let us know that one of the capacitors was still in range though at the 10% mark.
They are reliable, office has good communication and from what I can tell are honest in their repair recommendations.
Awesome company and service. I had a problem with George Brazil air conditioning who was trying to take advantage of customers. They wanted to charged me $2640.57 for a reversing valve and $538.50 for R410A Freon. Then they tried to sell me a new unit with 10year warranty for $ 6700 and $5700 for 5 years. Horrible company and does not show up when they say they will and does not call in advance. I called Air Dynamics and they came right over and quoted me to repair my unit for $1580.00 for the whole job and are getting me scheduled right away because I have elderly family visiting in 6 days Becareful people with George Brazil air conditioning and get that a few estimates. Air Dynamics is a great choice. Thanks guys for the help.

We had a complete system change to the mini split heat pumps and air dynamics did a fantastic job! The price was reasonable and the service was excellent! They went out of their way to make us comfortable. We have used them in the past and always had a positive experience. I would highly recommend this company for all hvac needs. Steve is the owner and pleasant to work with in addition to their outstanding service.
