We used this company today and they were professional and affordable. They fixed it within an hr . great team
It just started getting hot when my ac stopped working my family was coming on that weekend from washington state..i called around but couldnt find any one to come right awaymost would be2-3 days out but these guys came the next morning .. Quickly fixed the issue working great ! and Maybe not a big deal except to me ,but didnt leave a mess for me to pick up , 5 stars+
Good people here, and they are committed to making sure that you are satisfied with the job completed. I had a new extension built and upgraded my A/C and ductwork to accommodate it. Happy to say that it's working very well. Dean and Adam were out to make sure that the air distribution was reliable, and gave me some great tips I didn't even realize.
Honest prices and very dependable on service, on time and knowledge...professional courtesy employees. They go above and beyond for the customer!!
I would not recommend this company to anyone who needs any sort of maintenance or help. The company is an absolute scam. They also send out uneducated techs that either do not show up or do not have the right parts OR HVAC education. I would not recommend using this company. Unfortunately I did fall victim to them back in 2018. Unfortunately, they have never been able to help me since but yet they do call me during holidays to try to get me to do a winter maintenance. It’s a total scam and they’re going through their little black book to see what bait and switch business they can drum up This summer my AC actually went out but yet they were unable to help me even though I spoke to Jesse Butler multiple times over the phone for some reason my part could not be warranted out… then somehow Jesse change the entire story saying they could not find evidence of sending a tech out? Unbelievable. . I would not recommend this company and anyone once again read the reviews do your research and run away from this company.

I have used Affordable Comfort for since 2016. The team at Affordable Comfort ensures the job is done and done well. As an architect, it is important to understand how HVAC systems function and what the current code requires. Jessy and his team are well versed in the current building code and federal standards. They take the time to explain options along with pros and cons of new vs repair.
Purchased two units through Jesse and his company. Very responsive, had a minor issue with the 2nd unit (manufacturers defect), and Jesse. came out same day to repair. I highly recommend
I have only used Affordable Comfort twice but both time Jesse and the team have been awesome. I wouldn’t think about using any other company. They’re honest, fair and fortunately very quick when it comes to installation and repair. Summers down here can be brutal especially when your AC completely goes out. Thanks y’all for making my experience so much less stressful for my kids and I. I will definitely recommend you to anyone that needs it!
Affordable Comfort was recommended to me for my household A/C when it quit working at the hottest time of the year. They replaced my old unit quickly and professionally at a very reasonable price so recently I called them for an issue at my workplace; again the found the source of the problem and quickly dealt with it. The staff is ecstatic at home much of a difference!
How this company has 4 stars is mind boggling to me! In a state of desperation last year, I purchased an AC unit from this company, and immediately had trouble getting my AC unit. After multiple delays, no one picking up the phone and leaving messages, I finally got my AC unit. Now a year later, I am trying to get my AC serviced bc I have a mold smell. Same lack of response, missed appointment, and unable to leave a message and just talk to someone. I wouldn’t be using this company, but I already purchased my unit from them and have a warranty. Needless to say if you are in search of an AC, run from this company!!
They don't answer their phone. When they do they have no idea what their repair person is doing but still set a appointment that turned out not available so when the repair person does not show up to repair my AC try calling them to find out why no one answered phone when I did get a call back hours later she had no idea he didn't repair my AC. Set another appointment for the next day 8 am to 10 am again no show again no answer of phone when she did call me hours later again didn't know the repair person already had a set appointment for that morning. After this happing in the past I tried to give them a chance to do me RIGHT NO THAT DIDN'T HAPPEN. Will never do business with them again! BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!
They came within a few hours of notice and fixed the issues ASAP back and running and cooling the house
Always sad when a company says it's their slow time, but can not keep an appointment. Lady on the phone was rude and couldn't provide even an estimate ETA. No sense in trying to save $$ if they can't show up. Hire a real company that has a higher review rating.
They installed a part on my ac that damaged my blower motor.Would not recommend them.
They fraudulently told me that I needed to replace my entire system and I had a second AC service company confirm that my system was fine. I have filed a complaint with the State Attorney General's office and the Better Business Bureau and Affordable Comfort have not even responded to either complaint.
Last year we found them on Google and call they came out repaired and we also got one of their contracts and last week the unit dies and 3 companies came out beside our contracted Affordable Comfort and they were in the middle(I never go with bottom bids) and the job when fast and looks amazing. I will always recommend Jesse and his guys...thank you sir

My mom's air condition was acting up so we called Anthony to come out and check it. Upon inspection he informed us that if we had a high cost electric bill it could be due to the ducts and actual unit are from over 20+ yrs. We bought a new unit, new ducts installed, and happy Arizonans...
They always call to tell you that they will be late and then the show up even later. I could take it anymore and cancelled them.
