What can I say, this company is A+. My AC unit decided not to cool my house down one night in the middle of summer. I called ACE they were here promptly the next morning. Mark and Jose are very professional. Mark went onto my roof and told me the problem and within minutes had me up and running with cooling my house back down! I will definitely recommend and will continue to use them in the future
My star rating is only in relation to my tech, not the company. read the yelp reviews regarding how much this company charges. I do think that ACE charges a lot of parts and labor. I only needed to change my capacitor and it cost me $340.30. I asked my tech if this is a “high quality capacitor” and he said they are all the same. I am grateful for his honesty. Please do yourself a favor and find another AC repair place that charges less to replace it. I would rate ACE 3.5 stars. As a tech, Stuart Myer is straightforward, clear, professional, and nice. He noticed that a cord was exposed and put some electrical tape as he was concerned about safety. I appreciate that. He did not push me into buying anything other than what I needed to. He deserves 5 stars.
Just had your employee Josh Loisel here for our annual checkup. Such a nice man who took the time to explain everything we should know about our HVAC. He’s been here before, and I was pleased to see his smiling face here again. Thanks Josh, see you next year !
My insurance wouldn't pay unless Ace provides an itemized invoice... I called for days and days and was finally told they won't work with insurances. I was told different things each time I called. First I was told it would be sent, I was told it would be sent by the billing department, I was told a supervisor would call me. Never did. I can't get my insurance to pay because I can't get a simple itemized invoice.
Daniel Loisel was very informative, understanding, helpful, & professional. I really appreciate ACE & Daniel coming through with good quality new AC when my broke down on a 110 degree day. Ace had the new installed tge next day on July 4th!!
Billy was very friendly and informative. He repairs our HVAC system on one of the hottest days of the year. We will be sticking with ACE Home services.

Ryan showed up with a huge smile on his face ready to work on a 114 degree AZ holiday weekend! With a party of over 40 people at our house, I tried to get him to eat or have a drink but he declined, working quickly and efficiently to get us up and running in just a few hours! What a great, happy, hard working guy and an awesome company giving us a friends and family discount because my BF knows someone at the company!!! I’m recommending this AC Company to everyone!!! When you’re good, you’re good. Called last nite with a potential problem. The tech Stuart was here at 8::30 am sharp as promised, and was great. Did a very thorough check of unit and explained everything in detail. Offered to change filters and offered info on what to expect in the future i.e. system, ducts, etc. Going with ACE has proven to be on ongoing asset for my home.
Ace Home Services provided excellent service from the time I made the call, until my A/C was repaired. The customer service rep who established a service ticket was very nice and did a good job listening. She even asked if I was a veteran so she could provide me a veteran’s discount which was greatly appreciated. After the service ticket was set up I received a call explaining my technician was on they way as well as a text message. When my technician, Jamie, showed up he was dressed professional and did an amazing job diagnosing and fixing the problem. He explained everything with pictures. Again, the service from beginning to end was top notch. This is my new Heating/AC/pluming company. I am thoroughly impressed. Please give them a try.
AC was blowing warm and looked on my roof and the top fan wasn't blowing. I got a quote and diagnosis and was told it needed some new wiring and a new coil.The quote was for $6200. I can buy a brand new unit for less than what they're charging to repair it. I had reliance come look at it and they said that there was no way the guy could have even diagnosed it without fixing the part that was fried. It was $285 to fix and he didn't need to diagnose it after that because it fixed the problem. I suffered for no reason because Ace is a bunch of crooks that are trying to screw people instead of being honest.
Robert, my service technician was great. He explained how everything works…very efficient and courteous. Left my sink area clean. He will be our go to technician from now on. Installed kitchen faucet, water reverse osmosis system, garbage disposal . Thank you very much !

Ace home service made the time to come last minute on a holiday to diagnose my ac problems. The tech was very communicative, friendly and understanding of the situation. Gave us all possible options to get our AC fixed without feeling pressured.
My Ac went out in my home the night before so i called Ace home service. The very next day they sent out a technician named Jaime. He was very professional and addressed all my issues and had the answers to my questions. He advised me of all my options to help repair my unit. It was an awesome experience and i will definitely be using Ace home services for future repairs. Thanks again Jaime for your hard work and taking your time to do a great job.
I had two separate appointments for my new HVAC install. The original team was Adriel and Anthony. Both were very courteous and did a great job. I really appreciated the text message before they arrived that showed their picture. The second visit was Thomas. Again, very courteous and a hard worker. Everybody took the time to communicate with me about progress, etc. I highly recommend these guys!
Ryan was awesome he was able to help me finish installing my mini split and vacuum test, within hours of a same-day service request. The unit is now blowing nice and cold.
Stuart has been our rep for 7 years. Always does a great job handling whatever maintenance is needed. Had another rep come out once to work on the AC. Problem wasn't fixed. Stuart came out and had it back up and running.
