The owners are the best.
Preemptive tl;dr AccuTemp won't flood the airwaves with commercials, but there's no substitute for a reliable company that doesn't put the squeeze on your wallet. We've had them out a handful of times over the years, and this company has always been a fair dealer. They deserve your business. I'd give them 6 stars if I could. Now the deets: About a month ago over a weekend, our AC went out in a monsoon storm. Facing a sticky, sweaty night, we scheduled with the first company to answer the phone at midnight, which unfortunately wasn't AccuTemp, our usual standby. Turns out, answering the phones overnight is a poor way to judge reliability. That other company was evasive about when precisely they would be coming out (so much for 24/7 emergency service, too) and seemed to struggle with communication between technician and dispatch. With morning giving way to afternoon, temps inside rising, and no work van in sight, we gave AccuTemp a jingle. Unlike the company that shall remain nameless, AccuTemp managed to give us an actual estimated time of arrival AND THEN beat that time by about an hour! Once here, the technician Brian was very friendly and helpful while explaining everything he was doing to fix the chain of issues plaguing our old unit. He got the AC up and running and didn't break the bank doing so. Here I am a month later with an AC that is chilly as ever!
AccuTemp saved our butts yesterday! We woke up to our house suddenly getting warmer and warmer. The short version is that the original installation company was unable to keep their appointment and through a referral from a family member we called Accutemp. It can be expensive and sometimes impossible to get hvac repairs done on a Sunday, but this wasn't unreasonable at all. Thank goodness it was an easy fix!!! I'm extremely satisfied with the service and the tech was very nice too!
Accutemp is the Absolute Best AC and Refrigeration Company I have ever done business with! Unbelievably low priced, won't sell you anything you DONT need. Ethical, punctual, courteous, and clean. They offer service and install of pretty much every brand and type of heating, cooling, Refrigeration, and ventilation. Residential, commercial, and industrial, and kitchen equipment is what they do and better than all the rest I've used in the past! I would absolutely recommend AccuTemp for all your HVAC/R needs, 24/7/365. Great Job Accutemp! My home and business have never been more comfortable! Thank you!
We highly recommend Accutemp. They have provided outstanding service for all of our commercial buildings as well as our residence for over 20 years. We wouldn’t trust anyone else with our heating and cooling needs.
AccuTemp came out to assess my AC and the tech, by his own statement, stripped out the threads on the service valve so it constantly leaks. GM Joey Murley refused to fix it and my AC has not work in over 5 months because they damaged the unit and refuse to fix it. Joey Murley has done nothing but tell me lie after lie after lie such that I know that he is lying to me whenever he opens his mouth. He flat out lied to me right to my face and told me the service valve they damaged was not leaking and when he left and I checked and, contrary to his flat out lie to my face, it was leaking severely. I am waiting for the Registrar of Contractors to investigate. AccuTemp damaged my unit and abandoned the job leaving me with no AC for over 5 months. And the review that follows by Cathy Murley only proves that she is as big a liar as her son. Nothing got resolved. They came out and my AC had a service valve/Schader valve leak which was worse after they left and after they left after that, my AC does not work at all and will not even turn on at all and I have been with AC all summer and heat all winter. Joey and Cathy Murley are the 2 most untruthful people I have even met in my entire life and working with them has been a complete nightmare.

UPDATE: They refunded me. The service tech didn't check heat pump refrigerant levels or the capacitor but immediately said the compressor needed replacing. It did not; only the capacitor needed replacing. They ordered a new compressor, but it hadn't arrived for weeks, so I told them I no longer needed it and asked for a refund. They said they'd review my case, but for weeks they didn't get back to me. Service tech even joked about charging almost $200 to replace a fuse on a Saturday!
If you need anything related to A/C, USE ACCUTEMP! They installed a wine room refrigeration system for us and more than a year later it stopped working. When they came out they said it had not been installed correctly and completely redid it at no cost, including repairs to the house from the leaks. What company does that?? When we replaced 2 A/C units we went to AccuTemp and got the same great service. They have worked tirelessly to make the air flow perfect. The guys who come out are employees not contractors and we see the same respectful, skilled people year after year. Can't say enough about this quality company.
My AC went out and they had an Emergency Tech out and my AC was fixed in just under 2 hours from when I called. Very friendly and honest.

I have been using Accutemp since 2006. Pat did a consult for the overhaul of my house AC, ducting, insulation and furnace space. They all went way above and beyond. I managed to get a new roof, the insulation blown in and the duct work redone and then the electrical and new Trane unit put on, all orchestrated by them. So in 2016 when I was facing a new home, I called them. They always do their best and my new unit has been a challenge with the coldest parts of winter. Its become man vs machine and Accutemp now is ready to assist as it seems the manufacturer design is the issue. I really appreciate their integrity and the long term employees who are like family. Its comforting to know you can trust them to make it right.

Each time I call for an appointment I am greeted by the friendliest receptionists on the planet. Our regular service guru is Ken and he does magical things with our cooling & heating system. Max did an awesome job after someone previous to AccuTemp came out and would have replaced every possible part. So glad Max was honest. I highly recommend him. Also my in-laws recommend Kevin with the same company. So ask for Max or Kevin!
Today we had our AC serviced (routine) and I must say I was very impressed by the tech, Tommy! When he arrived at my home, I explained that my 10 month old granddaughter was with me. He said hi to her and got to work. My granddaughter eventually fell asleep while he worked outside. When Tommy was done, he gently knocked on the door. As I opened it, he said "I didn't know if she was awake or sleeping". I was so grateful for his consideration and kindness not to mention the thorough and timely job he did!
My air co9nditioner quit working and the technician fixed the problems in a timely manner. The temperature was 107 so time was of the essence. They thoroughly explained the problems and pricing. I will definitely deal with them in the future. They are honest and fair.
