This company and the tech that came out (Shane) was far and away better than the first two companies that my home warranty sent. The first two looked at my system and gave up within 15 minutes and said they just couldnt fix it and to find someone "certified". This turned out to be nonsense. Shane came out and spent some time with it, even phoning the manufacturer from my attic. He learned the issue quickly, got ahold of the part and came back out once he had it. Patty from the office kept me informed also. This second trip was about 20 minutes and Shane had it running again. Highly professional and you can tell Shane and Patty care about their customers. Excellent communication as well. If you have a choice, choose this company or suggest them to your home warranty. People like this deserve your business.

We had a busted A/C, and Shane was at my house within 2 hours of our call to our warranty, taking care to be responsive since my wife was recovering from surgery. He not only fixed the A/C, but explained the problem and how I could avoid similar issues in the future. I could not have asked for better service!
Shane did an excellent job, he found problems very quickly and replace parts probably in a half hour.
I contacted my homeowner insurance Friday night to request a service repair for my AC. We realized before bedtime that our AC was not kicking on. Shane from AC Works, called first thing Saturday morning and was able to get out to the house later that morning. He gave a 30min courtesy call and arrived on time. He listened to our issues and within a matter of 30min had the problem fixed, the new equipment replaced and our AC back on. We are forever grateful for Shane’s promptness in getting us up and running again. These AZ summers are no joke and with 2 young kids in the home AC is a must.
Shane was a life saver! My AC stopped blowing cold air. He came and fixed 2 other things that he found were not set up correctly. He was professional, nice and explained everything that he was doing. Was early very nice and fast
Shane was punctual, communicative and professional. He diagnosed the problem and went out of his way to repair my unit the very same day. As a homeowner, I would use his expertise anytime and refer him to my friends and family. Thank you for a job well done Shane!

On time. Very nice. At first it seemed like there was no issue. He left & a little while later the same thing happened. He called me right back & returned to install the new T-Stat. I’m grateful for his quick response. It was 87 in the house.
Found AC Works from several referrals after the company I used to use got bought out by a bigger company and their rates for service of two units went up 85%. No thanks. AC Works (Shane) prices were very reasonable as a small business. Very knowledgeable, friendly, honest and no up sell pressure for additional service. I will use them again and recommend in the future. Thx!
Our AC stopped working so we called our "go to" guy Shane, who has been great over the years. We needed a new unit, which is never a pleasant thing to hear. Shane gave us a reasonable estimate, and a timeline for completion. Communications were impeccable leading up to the install and it was installed in less time than we anticipated. Again, Shane underpromised and over delivered. And we are now as "cool as cucumbers" LOL! Thanks AC Works!
AC Works listened to my needs and provided quick, professional service at an affordable price. While looking to have my AC repaired, other companies I contacted were only concerned with selling me a brand new system and other bundled services. I would work with this company again in the future for any heating/cooling needs.

Had a good first experience with AC Works. My unit stopped working and I called and set up an appointment with Shawn. He arrived on time and was very pleasant and professional. He diagnosed and resolved my issue within minutes at an affordable price. I’ve now recommended him to my son for his AC issue.
AC unit went down on Friday night. Shane showed up to fix it early Saturday morning. Made short work of the repair and was transparent throughout the process. Very knowledgeable and friendly. I’d highly recommend working with him and AC Works!

Shane with AC Works was great!! He was professional and extremely honest. I requested a maintenance check up on my 3 units and he did the tune up on them and told me the condition of my units and didn’t pressure or upsell at all. I will use him and AC Works for all my future needs and would recommend them to anyone!!!
