ABC answered my call when my AC went out at 10pm and they were out the next day and repaired my unit quickly. If you need good help fast I highly recommend using them!

The staff at ABC Air Conditioning did a fantastic job installing the new Trane Heating & Air System in our home. From start to finish, Tom and Trevor were professional and courteous. They treated our home with care and respect, making sure everything was done correctly and completely. They coordinated the finishing work to a superior standard, so that the inside and outside looked better than before. We can't say enough good things about ABC and would recommend them to anyone! When your AC goes out in Arizona you want someone to service it that day. ABC sent Trevor with in hours of my call. He took care of the problem, explained to me what happened (electrical breaker problem) He could have easily said it needed more. I so appreciated the honesty and professionalism!! I will call them back for all my AC and I highly recommend them.
Our A/C stopped working on a Sunday night, we called 7AM on Monday and got a call back immediately. Trevor and Frank came by 4PM, replaced a part and had the unit working within 30 minutes.
I first heard about ABC Air Conditioning on the local Phoenix tv show “House Hunters”. I first used ABC to do my annual summer AC tune-up and they did a thorough job. Months later my twenty year old unit went out. Trevor (ABC owner’s son) gave me some options, one being replacing a major part. Trevor never pressured me to purchase a new unit. He went over several options that I could choose from to get the unit operating. However I decided since the unit was twenty years old it was only a matter of time before I would have to replace the unit, especially living in Arizona. Trevor went over everything with me: explained the Trane unit I would be purchasing, the warranties, and helped me figure out financing and was very thorough. On the day of the install Trevor showed up with the workers when they said they would be there. The workers/installers worked all day and were friendly and professional. At the end of the day before the workers left, the owner of ABC showed up to inspect the workmanship, etc. he also went over all the follow-up services that ABC provides with the installation of a new unit. Finally I found an air conditioning company that I feel I can trust and who does quality work!
The guys arrived and spent a lot of time to replace a compressor in our ac. THEY WERE AWESOME!!! We've had them out before to change filters and do little stuff and have always been great. Now the house is SO COOL!!! :)

I had multiple issues with my unit. One of the parts that tested good failed the very next day. Tom and Trevor did troubleshooting and were able to get to the root of the problem. They went above and beyond and worked tremendously to resolve the issues! You won’t find another company that is honest, dependable, compassionate, and fair. My A/C which was over 20 years old was having mechanical issues so I contacted an A/C company (you know the well known company in which the Techs wear white uniforms) to access the A/C. To cut to the chase the Tech gave me an outrageous price to repair the unit and even a more outrageous price to replace it with (after my research) a subpar York A/C. A friend told me about ABC Air Conditioning so I contacted them and the owner, Tom Smedley came out, free of charge, to access my A/C unit. While accessing the A/C Tom did at no charge a temporary fix on the mechanical issue, WOW!! I decided my A/C served me well but it was time for out with the old and in with the new. Trevor Smedley provided me with all the information I needed to make my choice. Trevor and Tom than came out to personally discuss and advise me. After discussing my options I decided to purchase a 3ton 16seer Trane unit. I did my research on Trane and Trane is rated #1 when it comes to customer satisfaction and Quality. Within a week of my decision the new install was complete. Tom was at my home personally supervising and ensuring a quality install. I will continue to use ABC for bi-annual check ups of my unit. ABC saved me thousands over that other company and just made me feel comfortable working with them. Great decision on my part!
I worked with Trevor to get a quote on a replacement AC for my home after receiving repair estimates that were almost 25% of the cost of a new unit. Trevor answered all my questions and he and his crew were fast and efficient on the day they replaced my rooftop AC. I would highly recommend ABC Air Conditioning to anyone looking for a locally owned business that is both professional, responsive and friendly.
Tom and Trevor Smedley and their crews have been servicing and installing my heating and cooling needs for almost 15 years (including a recent new Trane a/c and furnace)—always with reliability and expertise. ABC A/C may not be the biggest or most advertised cooling and heating provider, but they’re number #1 with me and highly recommended!
This company is phenomenal. From the first call to the installation was 7 days which surprised me because this is a very busy season. The techs were very professional and they worked diligently to get the job done and I’ve received txts this morning how I liked the unit, if I had questions, they are eager to help in any way possible. I highly recommend this company for your needs.
They responded quickly, gave a fair price, were on time as promised, installed my new AC system inside and in the attic with minimal intrusion and followed up in person tat my home to see if I had questions about the operation of the system. Highly recommend them!!!!
