Worlock Air Conditioning went above and beyond my expectations. The owner Bill and his son did the AC replacement on my home and they made it look easy. The job started on time and was completed before the estimated time. They were very professional and informative. I would definitely recommend Worlock Air Conditioning anytime.
Our air conditioner quit working late in the afternoon on a Sunday before the July 4th holiday. We called Worlock Air Conditioning and Bill graciously agreed to add one more appointment to his long day and got our a/c unit running in no time. He was very knowledgeable, professional and provided great service. We and our dogs really appreciated his quick response on a 115 degree day! Jon and Carla Loi

if you never read another review, read this one. Astonishing customer service, like it used to be in the 1950's and 1960's. Bill and Rubecca, the owners are "hands on" with their crew. Top notch equipment, no short cuts, professional in every way. Very punctual and neat. They cleaned up, like you would never know they had been there. We had multiple estimates from large companies, and were 30% more expensive, than Worlock Air. Of course the big companies charge more to pay for their advertising. We are so thankful we found them. THEY ARE THE BEST. This web site shows 5 stars as the best, but we give them 10 stars.
I have 4 AC units on my property, in the course of one year, all four went down. Each time I was treated with respect, my time was respected and they valued my satisfaction. From setting the appointment, arriving on time, quoting a fair price, getting the job done in time and budget. What more could you ask for? I can't thank the team at Worlock enough. They have earned our repeat business and I could not recommend them faster to a friend or neighbor.

Fantastic company. Spoke with the owner over the weekend and was able to set up an appointment on Monday. Was on time, explained what he was doing in detail and finished in a timely manner. Would recommend to anyone.

This company is amazing. The owners wife, Rubecca was so nice. Rubecca made me feel comfortable because i was a nervous wreck when I woke up to no heat. My furnace was over 12 years old but thankfully they only had to replace the capacitor. I will this company on all my rentals from this point forward.

I chose this company relying largely on the prior evaluations of it on various internet sites. I received bids and met with 3 additional HVAC companies to discuss their respective services before choosing Worlock. All made their pitch about the quality and value of their services, but none had the standout and outstanding evaluations as reported from prior Worlock customers. After meeting with Bill who answered all my questions, the selection was easy. The crew arrived on the date and time scheduled and promptly proceeded to work starting with laying protective covers on flooring and clothing in the closet which had access to the ceiling. Work proceeded uninterrupted for about 7 hours after which they cleaned up and removed the old equipment. I was then tutored on the new thermostats and provided all the paperwork regarding the new system. The entire project from sales to installation of two HVAC systems was flawless. When the job was completed and the crew left the premises, you could not tell anyone or anything had been been at my home to install the huge amount of equipment. This company lived up to the outstanding reviews made by prior customers, and I am happy to add my name to the list. Without reservation, I recommend Worlock for HVAC needs.
Bill and his crew were great! I wanted to use a local company within my community without sacrificing affordability & completion time. I didn’t sacrifice anything with using Worlock and they actually beat my expectations across the board. I would highly recommend them to anyone!
We contacted Worlock Air and Heating and they set up a meeting for the next day between 2:00 and 4:00 and Bill the Owner arrive at 3:00. He was very informative and explain the various systems. He physically climbed up on the roof and reviewed the system that we currently had. He then informed us of his findings which matched what our concerns were. They were at our house the next day and finished the entire job in less than 4 hours. We chose Worlock Air Conditioning & Heating due to their professional attitude, quick response, immediate service and they were a local business and family owned. Very nice people to work with. I will for sure be working with them for followup maintenance on the unit.
