Just had these guys out to replace our 19 year old system. Showed up on time and got after it. Had the job done quick, and now we have cold A/C! Very professional and would highly recommend.
Our AC went out in April and we contacted J & M (and several other companies for quotes). Mike and Jason are by far, THE BEST out there! They are very professional, hard working, honest and they get the job done right the first time. Their prices beat out all of the others and the professionalism of their entire team is some of the best I have seen! If you need new AC, service work, anything I suggest calling them first before anyone else, you will not be dissappointed!

I needed to have my AC serviced as a part of my warranty. Mike of J&M Cooling was repeatedly recommended in our neighborhood FB group. Mike was quick to respond, prompt, and had great attention to detail. His easygoing manner and his clear explanations put me at ease on the day of service. Since I wfh, I really appreciated that they worked as quietly as possible both inside and outside, and I loved that they took their equipment through the side gate rather than through the house. Just that one consideration is enough to keep me using J&M cooling for my semi-annual AC/Furnace care.
We've had AC issues since we built the house. We've had many other companies come in and charge us thousands without really any improvement. Mike was referred to me through a FB neighborhood group and replied instantly to a message. He was super kind, on time, clean, and efficient. He and his crew fixed our issue within the same week (needed a new part) and gave us some tips to help the poor design that can't be changed. He was very well priced, and came in lower than any of the other guys we've used and did way more work.
Another company told me the part I needed to repair my AC wouldn’t be available for another two weeks and I should just install a new unit. Luckily, I found J&M and within a couple hours they had my AC repaired and blowing cold air. You’ll know you’ve found the right AC contractor for your job as soon as you meet these guys.
Was referred to J&M cooling after my warranty company said I needed a whole new unit, for Mike at J&M Cooling & Heating to tell me it was a $6 fix!! Will be using them from here on out, very genuine person!
Called J&M for 2nd opinion. They are straightforward and were willing to detail the issue with a list of repair options & risks. They never once tried to add “fluff” to the price. Quick turnaround and quality work!! They have my business go forward
My wife called and had a odor to the AC unit. These guys came out and checked the system out. They determined that there was no issues with our AC. Very professional, they were very knowledgeable, very friendly, upfront and honest. I would highly recommend this company to my family and friends without any hesitations.

Having your AC go out on 100° day is stressful, but contacting J&M Cooling & Heating to have someone come out was not. I reached out Monday morning, and they told me they could come out the same day to check it out. They kept me informed on when they would be out and were clear about pricing along the way as well. Mike was out in what seemed like no time, diagnosed the issues, and explained everything to me in terms I could understand as well as the next steps and pricing. He was able to get my Ac fixed on the spot, and my house was cooled down in no time. I really appreciated the communication and information he provided to me as well as the speed of getting things up and running. Thank you a million times over for making a stressful situation that much easier!
Jason and Mike installed my mini split today and it is absolutely perfect. On time, professional and great customer service. Price is on point and they are good hard working guys. I will only deal with J&M for hearing cooling and they have a customer for life. Thanks Guys
We were leaving town in 2 days, and our AC unit went out. Checked the reviews on our neighborhood blog, and J&M Cooling was highly recommended. Called the company, and Mike answered while on vacation! He said he would get a hold of his partner (Jason). Jason came out that afternoon and checked out our AC. He explained in detail what was wrong and the game plan to us and gave us a quote. They even did a temporary fix to get us through a couple of very hot days. His quote was very reasonable, and we were thrilled that he could get the part and have it fixed in 2 days. I could go on and on about this company. Both Mike and Jason were professional, helpful, did great work, and are awesome trustworthy, guys!! I would highly recommend their company!! Thanks Jason, my brother enjoyed spending the afternoon with you!!
J & M Cooling was professional, responsive, and knowledgeable! They fixed another HVAC company's error for a reasonable price and were honest and up front with our options. I would use them again for any future AC needs and recommend to friends and family.

Thank you Mike and Jason for the great work installing my new HVAC system!! These guys removed my old split system and put in a new all in one unit and added a duct into my freed up closet space for us. They were extremely professional and very communicative and their work was top notch. My wife and I could not be happier with their quality of work and professionalism. Looking forward to a lifetime of having J & M Cooling and Heating maintaining our HVAC system.
