Our air conditioner went out today. It’s the middle of summer, 110 degrees outside, after business hours, and peak season for A/C service repair. We had little hope we would get any sleep tonight. We were crossing our fingers that we could get help by tomorrow, at the earliest. We called Peter Bartos at State 48 Home Services and received unbelievable service! Soon after our call, Sean Meier was at our door. He was friendly, professional, and so capable that he had cool air in our house 90 minutes after our initial call. I cannot say enough about the caring people and committed service at State 48. Peter Bartos, Sean Meier - thank you. We will sleep well tonight!
I just installed a new mini split AC unit in my shop and I needed to install insulation to finish the job. I contacted multiple installers and received the quickest response and the best pricing from Anthony at State 48 Homes Services. They were able to install within a few days, showed up on time were quick and efficient, and did an excellent clean up. Along with Anthony, his crew Austin and Cesar were all very profesional. I would use them again and recommend them to anyone who needs this service.
Sean Meier and State 48 Home Services were very helpful before and after the installation of my new A/C equipment, especially when it came time to provide all necessary paperwork for the SRP rebate application. I will be returning to them in the future.
Sean ordered the exact parts needed 2 new registers, 2 heat pumps,thermostats! Stefan and Gabe were the installers did a great job and made sure we knew how to program new thermostats ,I recommend this company

Anthony and Gabe came out and explained everything and did a professional job. I'm very satisfied with their product and service. We had blown in cellulose insulation and already feel cooler inside our home on the first day of completion, I highly recommend this company.
Anthony, Austin, and Gabe just completed an inspection and insulation install on my Chandler property and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Anthony was very communicative and helpful. Chris came out at the time he stated, and did an amazing job. Explaining what he was doing and how the system is working. Everything checked and cleaned. Everyone was awesome -- from scheduling over the phone to arriving to repair my AC issue and it's even been a week plus after the repair and everything is still working great. I feel the repair I needed was done properly and I feel confident about the work done. What was nice and very much appreciated was explaining the issue to me, showing a picture (and even a video in my case) of the damage and providing a fair quote for the labor and parts. Thank you!
The State48 team is an excellent. Very easy to work with. Had 2 new units installed May-22 and the process was very rewarding. Peter’s team from Sean down to guys like Chris have proven to be very “comforting”, just like the AC/Heating systems. They all worked with me to get the system I thought was best for my needs and the recent yearly maintenance follow up was a breeze. Chris was fantastic and he indulged me in a little conversation that proved to be informative as well as fun. Trustworthy and knowledgeable are their hallmarks.

Would recommend to anyone needing service or a new unit. Update: The insulation team that finished the job did awesome. Gabriel and Austin Got it done quicker than expected and showed me photos of the completed work. Very efficient and professional.
The State 48 team were lifesavers when our air conditioning went out the week that it was going to be 100° and we were supposed to be having guests for a party in 5 days! Sean was very responsive; he came out for a consultation that same day and we found him to be very knowledgeable and experienced and he offered an excellent competitive price, as well as a great warranty for a full HVAC system. The install team Stefan & Chris arrived promptly on the am and installed the entire system in 8 hours, explained everything that they had done in great detail. They were very clean and respectful, and even swept up the area & our garage path after they were done. We found the entire team provided very meticulous, professional service and we would highly recommend them to any of our family, friends and neighbors.
We were looking to have our HVAC system replaced and get additional insulation and based on a friend’s recommendation, I called State 48 Home Services. It was a Sunday when I called and but Sean picked up the call and spent the time explaining things to me and set up an appointment. He worked around our schedule and quoted a reasonable price for the work. We signed the contract and the new system was put in within a week. This was amazing since we could only be available on Fridays! The installers called on their way out and got the job done quicker than we thought. When I called to verify the insulation install, which is put in after the HVAC was put in, Sean again spent time answering my questions about the insulation as well as the 5 year annual maintenance we have for or HVAC. I have to say it was a great experience overall! Sean was super attentive and available and the installers called when they left and gave us an ETA. The A/C works great and we are very happy with the service! Thanks Sean and State 48!
My system was down and I was not sure who to call. I actually tried somebody else first. I reported my situation as non emergency. My instinct told me to call State 48. I called. My call was returned within the hour and Sean Meier has been here and fixed the problem. Sean was upfront and honest and it turned out that the problem was minor. I was so impressed with his service and the fact that my situation was just as urgent as the next call. I decided to get my ducts cleaned. I am still waiting to hear from the other company. Guess my non emergency issue was not worth it to them. Thank you State 48.
Our AC stopped working. I had an error message on my thermostat that the wiring on the thermostat was incorrect. Long story short; I couldn’t figure it out and I called State 48. I explained my problem in detail to Peter and he said he’d try to get someone out same, probably. Sean from State 48 called me about an hour later and said he could fit me in. Sean was very professional, efficient and knowledgeable. He listened well and explained everything thoroughly so I understood. The problem wasn’t a typical issue and Sean figured it out. Everything was resolved in a couple of hours. My house now cool again.
