Sammy is The Man! I wish all service companies were like Sammy. You cannot do better!
I called Total Care and Heating at 10:03 am and Sammy arrived at 11:00 am!!! Fixed my a/c in 20 minutes!! Very Professional!! I would strongly recommend Sammy at Total Care Heating and Cooling for all your Heating and Cooling needs. I now have a business I can trust and count on.
We got back from vacation to a hot house. Sammy came out immediately and had us cooling down the same day. Absolutely amazing!

If I could give more than 5 stars I would gladly do so! First of all Sammy is very professional, knowledgeable and personable. He was more then fair in his pricing. I purchased a Trane A/C and Furnace along with an air purifier. His crew was efficient and also personable. Sammy was thorough in explaining my new equipment and answered all questions before and after the install. They cleaned up when they were done so left no print of being here. Pretty amazing when you think that they removed a furnace and placed a new one going through a trap door in my closet. They arrived at the time he said they would and were done in about 4 hours. I would highly recommend Total Care Heating &Cooling. If you want a professional job at a fair price then look no further. Thank you, Great job!!
Sammy came to my house to do the yearly maintenance on my AC units. Very professional, clean, and took the time to go over my system with me. You can tell Sammy takes pride in his work and company, hard to find these days. Thank you Sammy!!!
Really appreciate Total Care Heating & Cooling and everything they did. Sammy is professional and proficient. My AC had to be replaced and his quote was a little under what I anticipated. Sammy was also flexible with my schedule with me being out of town and made accomodations for me. I'm really satisfied with my experience with Total Care Heating & Cooling.

It’s rare to find professionals like Sammy. I’ve relied on him to fix, maintain and install HVAC systems for at least six years. He’s professional, reliable, communicative, prompt and courteous. He’ll tell it like it is and won’t oversell you.
Sammy has become my goto guy for everything hvac. He and his team repaired my ac during the insane temperatures quickly and professionally. They also installed a split unit. Sammy is through, kind, informative. He genuinely cares and takes pride in his work.
I can’t say enough good things or recommend Sammy and his crew enough. Sammy and his team always do a great job but not only that, they clearly care about people more than the bottom line. I’ve had Sammy out to perform repairs a few times and he’s always phenomenal. We had an issue with a coolant leak due to a broken coil and Sammy made sure to get everything cooling before the part came in so my kids wouldn’t be hot. It ended up taking about 2 months for the part but Sammy always kept us updated and checked in to make sure things were still good for my kiddos. You don’t see many people doing business this way and really caring anymore the way he does. I’ve been looking for an HVAC person for years and most companies overcharge for everything. Sammy runs his business not just to overcharge and make money but to make sure he takes care of everyone like his own family. I will always recommend Sammy to anyone needing their AC looked at and I’ll make sure to spread all the positive feedback about him and his company. Thanks, Sammy!
This is the second time we have used Total Care and Heating to replace our aging AC Systems. They installed new units at a property we own in Peoria and also our at home in Scottsdale. Very professional team, efficient, on-time!!! Well done from start to finish including all options, quotes and availability.
Sammy was able to come out first thing in the morning the day after the issue. He reviewed all inspection steps with me for a clear breakdown of issue. Replaced the compressor and thoroughly tested all AC parts and vents in the home. Sammy went above and beyond reflecting his true professionalism.
Sammy was phenomenal. He resolved our HVAC issue in less than 30 minutes and had us UP & running. Very knowledgeable, has integrity and very professional. We plan on having our new HVACs installed by this company because unfortunately it is RARE to find honest service nowadays. Warms my heart to know there are still good companies like this one, still out there. Don’t hesitate to call this company!
