Quick neighbor brag! We got home from a 14-day camping trip yesterday at 2pm and quickly noticed our downstairs AC unit wasn't working. We called Riley of Red Rock Refrigeration who lives in Vistancia and he came over at 5pm ON A FRIDAY NIGHT to check it out! Turns out we had quite the icy problem in the attic. Yikes! He brought down the part to show us what happened and called as many places as he could to get us the new part. One local place was willing to open after hours for him for a small fee, but he also said since we have a perfectly good working one upstairs, we should be just fine until morning and he can pick up a part early in the AM for us. He was at our house by 9:30am with the new part and we are back to blowing cool air by 10am! So grateful to have a trusted expert in our neighborhood that always goes above and beyond! I mean -- seriously, what service company do you know is answering a text AND showing up at your house on a Friday night at 5pm to help? Thanks, Riley - we appreciate you!
We had our 20 year old AC unit go out in 113 degree heat after returning from vacation. We called Red Rock Refrigeration late on a Wednesday and Riley had a new unit installed and blowing cold by 9:00am Friday morning. Riley was responsive, transparent and didn't try to upsell us on things we didn't need. Riley and his employee, Jackson, showed up at 5am and got to work right away removing the old unit and getting the new one installed. They left the work area spotless and had the old unit/trash picked up before they left. It's difficult to find service companies that are honest, transparent and do what they promise, but Riley and Red Rock Refrigeration nailed it! Will definitely be using them moving forward!
Red Rock Refrigeration is the BEST! As a restaurant, we have used dozens of other businesses. None of them can compare to this company. Do yourself a favor and use this company!

Red Rock Refrigeration was out the next morning after our HVAC system stopped working and was unrepairable. They assessed the unit and took measurements, providing a quote on the spot. They offered installation the next day (provided enough notice to pick up equipment) or the following day if needed. The owner was very informative and provided a thorough explanation of everything that was included. The main thing that set Red Rock apart - true passion and knowledge of their profession was evident! The owner was meticulous with his install and arrived on time. They were courteous, used floor protection, and even swept up afterwards. All-in-all, a very good experience!
Riley is the best! My AC stopped working so I called Red Rock and Riley the owner answered. He first tried to help me troubleshoot over the phone - when we couldn't figure it out, he came right over! Showed me exactly what was wrong, fixed it and got it working. Incredible service! I highly recommend Riley and Red Rock!
We reached out to Riley just asking his honest opinion on East side AC companies and to our surprise he said he would be right there! We trust Riley and had no idea he would come to East Valley (Queen Creek) and especially on such short notice. Riley walked my Husband through every detail and got us the best deal out there. The owner answered his phone immediately, he fixed my AC that day, service was great and I can't believe how little he charges. He didn't try to sell me anything.

Repeat customer. Riley has come to the rescue with both our AC unit and our nest thermostat. Hands down the best service around. Riley is extremely knowledgeable, fast, responsive, and very professional. I would highly recommend Red Rock to anyone requiring HVAC service.

We used Red Rock Refrigeration LLC to repair our A/C unit and we were very pleased with the services we received. We were able to get our unit fixed the same day we called and in a timely manner. Riley the owner was very friendly and informative and his prices are very reasonable. We definitely recommend Red Rock Refrigeration and would use their services in the future!
Let's just skip to the end of the story, shall we? Riley was efficient, cost effective, very knowledgeable, charming as hell and more than willing to go into the details of the issue at hand at 10pm. We will be using him again and again. Thanks Riley!! Earlier that day... Wife texts and says the AC is off upstairs and the thermostat is dead. Of course I'm at work, so I Google replacement thermostats in case I can get it to work using the downstairs thermostat and I'll just switch it out to a new one. Hoping this was it anyway. I get home, replace the CR-2032 battery along with the AA's as well and find no joy. The house is only three years old so at 4:15 I call the subcontractor the builder used. Their phones rolled to an answering service at 4. An hour later someone called back, listened to the problem and told me it's probably a shutoff switch in the drip pan. Ok, I go check, it is full of water and sure enough it shut off power, so I call back. An hour later I call back again. I then begin Googling, looking on Nextdoor and a local Facebook group. Several people mentioned a guy named Riley with a business called Red Rock Refrigeration and he lives less than a mile from me. By the time I call, it is just after 8pm. He immediately answers, says of course he can come, the price at the time of night is currently the same as the rate during the day, he just finished a job around Arrowhead and will be here in 25 minutes. I text him my address and wait. Twenty plus minutes later, sure enough, he pulls up. Introduces himself, checks a few things here and there and up into the attic he goes. He comes back down, shows me his phone and breaks down the what, why and how he will fix this. It turns out that, surprise, the subcontractor the builder used made shortcuts and unrelated, left a vent completely disconnected so we were cooling our attic as well. He made short work of the repair. When it was completed, he showed us before and after photos of what it initi
