Cool Zone did a great job repairing my ancient unit, fair pricing, professional service.
Great service! They showed up same day and got the unit fixed within an hour. Dakota was very informative and layer out all the options for us. Very affordable pricing as well.
If we could give more than 5 stars I would! Our unit gave out at 10:30pm I called they were closed. I didn’t even leave a message and I received a text at 5:44 am asking if we still needed service. Dakota was here at 8am and the unit was running at 9:00am. This was the best service I have ever received from setting the appointment to pricing and the repair. Dakota was friendly, knowledgeable and honest. Thank you
The dreaded A/C was not working properly. Called Cool Zone Air on a Saturday evening and they came out the following morning. Byron was very polite and professional. Found the the issue and fixed the unit quickly. Will definitely call again if needed.

My ac went out. Jay was here first thing in the morning. They were ready to have my ac installed in the next day. The price was reasonable and with a 10 year warranty. What are you waiting for? Give them a call! 5 star
Justin saved us when our AC went out. He came same day, was very attentive and helpful, and got the problem fixed for us. We will definitely be using them again!

Dakota, the service technician, did a great job examining my air conditioner to make sure that everything was running well. He replaced a part and explained why it needed to be changed out. The photos he used to explain the issue were helpful too. Also, Danette was super friendly and helpful on the phone when I called to schedule the appointment.

I purchased a labor warranty and ,called, ,,,D,anette, ,,and sent several emails. Last we spoke it was to be mailed a couple weeks ago. Going on allmost,one in half month. Want paper copies was my request still not received
Honesty and Integrity are what this company is all about. I had another AC company come out to our previous home and tell me my compressor was going out and I either needed to replace the compressor or buy a whole new AC. I called Cool Zone to buy the AC unit from but they said not so fast. Cool Zone checked the unit again and said that it was not the compressor but plugged condensation tubing. I did NOT needed a new AC as the first company told me. Cool Zone could have just accepted what the first company told me and sold me a new $6000 AC but they where honest and told me that was not the case. I did not need a new AC just a small repair. We just this week had a new AC installed on our current home, Cool Zone is very professional, knowledgeable. Cool Zone will be getting all of our business. Thanks again, Cool Zone!

Amazing experience overall. My first meeting with Dekota was great. He was honest, very sincere and pretty much understood my situation. He gave the opportunity to get my money worth. The system is great . The installation crew were very professional, they respected my home and they did a very good job.
