I have used Clark Heat And Cool dozens and dozens of times and find them extremely knowledgeable, and extremely responsive, especially in an emergency. Polite and professional. Highly recommend them!
Staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Michelle got me scheduled after ruling out simple fixes and kept me up to date. My Technician Ivan was on time, professional, and friendly. He got my AC fixed in a short amount of time and was happy to explain things in more detail when asked.
I had a few quotes. Dave Clark came out and gave a quote. He broke it down for the cost of air conditioner as well as some duct work we needed done. He gave us an upfront low price for our air conditioner need. I had a 2nd quote from a company that sent a salesman out with a lot of talk, 3 AC quotes with a lot of talk of discounts upon discounts and an end result of overpriced quotes. We decided to go with the quote from Dave. We called his office and they set us up to have it installed less than a week later. They provided great communication every step of the way. The crew arrived and were ready to go to work at 6 AM. Dave was there overseeing the work. By about 1:15 PM they were done. The York AC was on my roof, running great, and all the work was completed. They cleaned up and we were enjoying a cool home. Prior to this, for the past 5 years, we have always had our AC set to 72 to be nice and cool. The past 2 summers, our old AC struggled to get down to 74 or 75. With our new AC we set it to 72 and we were colder than we like. Our new 72 is about 75. The York 3 Ton AC runs QUIET. This was a very professional company with a great response, on time, no sales push or pricing game, and we have great quality with a great value. This AC cost us over $3,000 less than our other quote. AND with a little needed duct work done, we were still about $1500 less than the quote for just an air conditioner with the other company. I held off for several days on this post. I have solar and I check my daily savings with APS. So far, with this AC running nice and cold, we are showing about $2.50 a day less on our AC. That is a pretty good savings.
Clark's Heating&Cooling got me an appt. right away when the AC quit blowing cold air on an Arizona hot day. Technion Elijah figured out what was wrong right away and fixed it on the spot, he was amazing, friendly & nice! Wonderful, wonderful service. We have been working with Clark for a couple of years now. On their recommendation we had a completely new system and duct work installed and it fixed the airflow issues that were preventing our old system from cooling the house. The house has now been transformed even on the hottest of hot days here in Phoenix. Last Friday Ivan came out to do our regular check up/maintenance for this summer. As always friendly, courteous and explains everything. Thank you to everyone from Clark. I cannot imagine working with any other HVAC company now

We’ve used Clark Heating and Cooling many times for service, repair and/or installation. David and his entire team are very professional, super responsive and very polite. Scheduling was easy and quick. Work was done in timely manner and explained in detail. Additionally everything was left clean. Super pleased and will continue to use them!
From the moment he answered the phone till the job was finished was about 1 1/2 hours. Most of that was him driving to our house. Fast, responsive and knowledgeable!

Clark Heating and Cooling was great to work with! They came out right away when our ac went out. Our replacement was going to take a few days due to scheduling but they got us a portable ac to use while we waited! Everyone was professional, on time and answered all of our million questions. We would definitely recommend Clark Heating and Cooling to anyone!
The company was referred to us and a great referral it was! Courteous, informative staff helped me book my appointment which I was able to schedule within a week or so from the date of the call. Ivan texted what time he would arrive, and that's when he arrived. He was friendly and efficient and answered our questions. The price was good for the service provided. I recommend them and would use them again.

Their technicians were very professional and did a great job from start to finish. David installed an awesome York 5-ton unit and added an additional return duct to our house, and the air is flowing better than it ever has in this house before! They are very polite and easy to work with and are by far the best HVAC vendor in the Valley, and only ones I will ever use!
