Great company. Couldn't ask for a better group of people to work with.
Called to get a simple capacitor for my A/C unit. Was told immediately they do not want my money and they only sell to licensed contractors. There website even specifically has a homeowners phone number. It's ok though, I found 18 different brands of the capacitor I needed on Amazon. So much for keeping it local boys 👦 In response to your review and anyone reading this. There is a local AC parts store that will sell to the public. It's in Surprise. Google it. They must have some SUPER SPECIAL PERMIT. 🤣

These guys are the best. I’m a service manager at 1st Choice Mechanical. Their customer service is above all other HVAC supply house in town. I highly recommend AC Pro.
