Awesome experience today. My new goto ac place.
I have used 1stAirco for 20 years. They have always been honest, do excellent work at a reasonable price. I have recommended them many times and will continue to do so.

Alex went above and beyond to troubleshoot a very difficult problem to solve. He was very thorough and explained everything he tested in detail. He was friendly, respectful and worked very hard to solve our problems.
Melissa, Trevor, and their whole team do a fantastic job! They are responsive, on time, work hard, and clean up when they are done. They did a great job for a fair price. I will be using them again.

I have never left a review or survey. But, the service I received from 1st AirCo has blown me away. My service tech Alex, could not have been more professional or easier to work with. He was thorough and knowledgeable about my equipment. I will continue to use 1st AirCo as my service company and refer anyone to them as well.
Thank you so much for your quick, emergency service on a Sunday in June. Alex was at my house within 2 hours of my call. He was pleasant and explained the services he performed, step by step. Thank you 1st AirCo for your top notch service all around!

AC stopped working yesterday afternoon. Had a call in to another company, but someone recommended 1st AirCo instead. I called them this morning and not only were they able to come out the same day, but the issue was resolved within an hour. The tech, Logan, was incredibly professional and friendly. Will definitely be using these guys again in the future!
Alex was awesome. He examined & tested my unit thoroughly. I've been a customer of 1st AirCo for years and they've kept my ancient unit running smoothly.

I just had my first maintenance call with 1st AirCoHeating and Cooling. Alex was so thorough, explained everything about where my units are at (performance-wise), and what I can expect to get out of them for the next few years. He showed me the stats on his app and answered questions about how we can fix one of the bedrooms that never quite cools down. Very nice, knowledgeable, and helpful young man. I will definitely be using this company for my HVAC needs here on out.
EDIT: See below response to my original review of this company. Owners wife contacted me 2 months after my initial review. She apologized and blamed everything on a former employee. She told me she couldn't refund money for the part that was installed (understandable) but would be more than happy to refund the $100 for the service call. I felt that to be reasonable. I said I would edit my original review so here I am. I was told a check was being mailed on March 3 for $100 it's the 15th and have not received the check. This company obviously has some issues with customer service. I don't even care about the $100 however it would have shown good business, honorable and honest. This company is none of those things. Again I say BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!!!!!!! Our heater wasn't working properly, it worked intermittently, that was what we told 1st Air Co. Paid $100 for service call. We were told we needed a new part that would cost $510, we agrred to have the part installed. The heater was working when Tech left, however inmediately was still only work intermittently. Exactly the same as before. Called 1st Air Co., they sent tech vack, we were then told it would be another $800 to repair. I called office to discuss. I wanted to know why the first part didn't fix the problem and questioned if that had even been necessary. I was promised a phone call from the office manager or the owner that afternoon. Never received that phone call, instead the tech called to advise that he couldn't come back to install new part for 3 days. I told him not to get the part because I wanted to speak to office manager first. Still never received a call. After a few days we decided to call a different company that came out the same day, went on our roof and inspected, said he tightened a couple things, charged $80 for service call and now our heater works perfect. Still don't think we needed the initial $500 part and know 100!% for sure the $800 part they wanted to put in wasn't necessary.
Alex did maintenance and replaced a ten year old thermostat today. Very impressed with him and the work he did. Was happy with the price and I will definitely ask for Alex next year.
Our heat stopped last night. Called 1st AirCo this morning. Alex arrived at my "freezing" house this afternoon to promptly and professionally fix our broken capacitor. We now have heat and I am very pleased. Thank you for your excellent service.
First time having them come out to our home we are extremely happy with their service. He really went over and beyond to explain things, gave suggestions for future care of our system. 100% recommend this company. Thank you for coming to our rescue on a hot summer day!
