Matt and Dillon were great. Explained everything they were doing and took care of it quickly since air conditioning needed to be shut off.

We unfortunately had to install a new AC conditioner and this company sent us out a new technician named Daniel. He is not new to the industry, just new to us. We have been using this company for just under 15 years and have rarely been disappointed. He was very courteous and respectful. He showed up on time and did a great job!! 😊
Great service from the beginning showed up on July 4 3 years ago since has been here for maintenance check ups no problems and every service man has been friendly on time and knowledgeable of the products. He and his team were fantastic! Kept me informed on progress. Ensured I knew how new thermostat worked. Cleaned up and let me know a different crew would be picking up old equipment.

I find this company very honest, reliable and trustworthy. They have installed my air conditioner, water softner, and water heater. Each on their team has been educational and honest. They keep track of when checkups are due and let you know. Their plumber and air/ heat techs that have come here are always polite and never pushy. I've been happy with Western States Home Services, and team members.
