Enrique was extremely helpful in choosing the proper unit to replace our old one. He has always been respectful, courteous, and friendly. He is very knowledgeable in all facets of what is an issue currently or what could be an issue down the road. The installation of the new unit and smart thermostat went without a hitch! We have been customers of Child AC for years and have never been disappointed with Ryan and company. The most recent visit came when I was in the valley for a few days while my husband was at our RV in Forest Lakes. The AC went out on Sunday afternoon so I called and Al was there in record time to find the problem. We thought it had been fixed but it went out again--an intermittent issue that was hard to nail down. I thought it would mean a new unit but he found the source of what was going wrong and fixed it. We have worked with Enrique and his dad too and these guys are all great. You can't go wrong with this team!

Hands down the best company I have dealt with Arizona since moving here. Very honest and professional which is very rare in the desert. I have dealt with Enrique a couple of times since being referred to Child's a couple years ago and he is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and I couldn't be any happier with the services he has provided for me. Replaced my AC unit and did a great job. Showed up when scheduled and left the place spotless. A quality product and service at a reasonable price. Great job folks.
Excellent service, efficient, friendly and most importantly competent. After dealing with Hugo's AC/Heating (went through insurance company) for 3 weeks, my insurance company called Child's. They contacted me immediately, said they would have part in 2 days but got it the next day and immediately called to tell me they would have someone there that afternoon. They were timely, explained problem to me and had the heat up and running in a couple of hours. I wouldn't think of going to any other company for any of my heating or AC needs. Outstanding!
I have now used Child Air Conditioning twice and both times their technicians were prompt courtesy and performed their work in a timely manner. Al Baez and another associate did the work at my home both times. I received Child's Air Conditioning as a referral from a Contractor friend Steve O'fallen. He said that was who he used and i am glad I called them. Bill Morton
I have had Child A/C and heating out two time since moving here. Each time they have done a great job. Felt like they were up front and honest with their work. They didnt try and make up things that should be serviced but didnt really need to be. Highly recommend them.
I used Child Air Conditioning for my office. I continued with my home service after I retired. These folks are great! They are honest, respectful, efficient, and they deliver excellent service. They recently installed a new heat pump on our roof and did an excellent job. Their prices are great, too!
Child was the only firm I found that agreed to work on swamp coolers. I've been using them for years to maintain my swamp, AC and heating unit, and have never had a problem.

We used Child AC after getting a botch job from another company on our AC unit. They worked with us, explained everything in detail, showed us where the problem was and installed another new unit for us. These guys do great, fast work. I'm glad we have an honest company to work with!
