I am very happy with this company. This is the first time using this company but not my last. Called and talked to Mark the owner he was great and set a appointment for the next day 8 am to 12 pm. Codey was at my house at 7:30 am he was very polite answered all my questions replaced the part needed now I have cool air again. This is the Company everyone should use for your Repairs or anything else you need call and make that appointment!

We purchased our unit from Mark Daniel’s AC. The technician that came out was amazing! In healthcare we use AIDET to help patients understand what is going on. Mark acknowledged our need, Informed us of what was wrong and how he fixed the initial problem, Duration to fix the secondary issue, Explained how long the fix would take and Thanked us when he was done. He was pleasant, professional; an all around nice man! We highly recommend this technician and Company overall!

They answered my call (a blessing in and of itself with many places being understaffed) and miraculously he had a tech finishing a job in my same area! They arrived within an hour of my call! They had excellent communication through text message - starting with the appointment time and then a follow up text letting us know when the technician was on their way (this was appreciated as we were in minimal clothing due to the air conditioning being down and gave us time to throw a few pieces on to be presentable) ;) Zachary showed up and was professional, pleasant and knowledgeable! He was able to quickly diagnose the issue as a bad capacitor and he had a new one with him on his truck! He replaced it quickly and the cool air started to flow! I highly recommended Mark and Zachary with Mark Daniels Air Conditioning!

Mark was our technician and he was thorough and professional. He was also on-time and gave us a call and a text to let us know when he would be arriving. The price was very acceptable and we actually signed up for 2 times per year service since we have gas heat.

Mike arrived on time and gave us an honest breakdown of what is happening with our ac unit and suggestions for repair. Unlike the home warranty company, that suggested repairs that were costly and would not actually resolve the issue. Would use this company again!

I can't speak highly enough of the excellent service provided by Mark of Mark Daniels AC. We recently had an issue with water leaking into my daughter's bedroom. Upon inspection, Mark diagnosed the problem originating from an inadequate secondary drain pan for our air handler. He quickly proposed an effective solution, promptly ordering a custom drain pan for us. Mark displayed great professionalism and urgency, having the new drain pan installed within just a few days. As soon as it was in place, the leaking stopped. Thanks to him, we could initiate the necessary repairs on the drywall of my daughter's ceiling without further water damage. Our A/C went out in our home! It started getting hot and I started to panic! I called Mark Daniels, who was referred to me by a friend and I’m so glad I did! They were very responsive and showed up within the hour,. They had fixed my A/c, and wow! Made my life a lot easier. The technician was very informative to me, and I was a very happy customer!
