We have used Dan and his crew several times throughout the years. They are by far the most courteous, professional and prompt AC service company. We’ve referred many friends and neighbors to them. Honest and very reliable. The tech (Isiah) who came out today, was such a nice young man. He came down pouring sweat from our attic yet never complained and kept a smile the entire time. Very knowledgeable and willing to share photos of what he found to be damaged and even showed us the damaged piece and thoroughly explained the issue. Very upbeat and a pleasure to do business with as always! Thanks again Ultimate Air/Isiah.
Dan & Isaiah were a pleasure to work with. 5 days after I moved into my home my AC stopped working, in the middle of May! Dan was quick to troubleshoot it and I got my AC up and running the same day! This was about 3 years ago. Well yesterday my AC stopped working again (it is a 24 year old York unit). Dan sent Isaiah out and he was very polite, knowledgeable and punctual. Isaiah determined I had a bad blower motor and also cleaned my coils. As much as I am dreading a total AC replacement I know who I will be going to! Thanks again Ultimate Air for my HVAC needs in Chandler!

thank you ultimate air! our air conditioning went out during the night and it was getting hot. i called them in the morning and they had a tech come out very quick. Isiah was very knowledgeable and figured out the issue right away. ac is working again and house is cooled off! recommend for any any air conditioning service.
I can not say enough nice things about the service I was provided. I had two techs at my door right on time, I knew what the problem was in under 15 minutes, and my house was cooling one hour later. I found my new A/C company, and so have you, go ahead and call them; Dan, Jennifer, and their wonderful team are waiting!

I have used UltimateAir for a few years now, have always appreciate how honest and trust worthy they are. Recently I decided to use my home warranty service for a season tune up. Which was a big waste of time and money. All they did was try and find something wrong and sell me on new AC units. Pretty sure they didn't even service it, just used it to sell me a new AC units. A few weeks later the AC went. This time I called Ultimate, they came out and replaced one simple capacitor and my AC was up and running and cooling well again. Did try and sell me a new AC, or use complex explanations to try and scare me into buying something. He just got it fixed and fixed fast. Highly, Highly recommend UltimateAir.
Honest! Fair! Quick response! Every time we have an issue and the home warranty company sends some other AC people out, they lie to us and try to overcharge the warranty company. We scrap the warranty co., call Daniel, and get immediate resolution for way less than any other estimate. He also educates us, gives us reassurance and NEVER EVER tries to sell us on things we don’t need. I will NEVER go with anyone else.
Dan and his team at Ultimate Air are tops. I can totally trust what they tell me. I have used them for the past 2 years. This weekend my unit was sluggish and running nonstop...I called in Monday, they fit me on their schedule that day, pinpointed the problem quickly and had it repaired and running well in about 10 minutes. A lifesaver in these 117 temperatures!
Dan and Jennifer are very professional and willing to help in all circumstances. Ultimate Air folks are honest, hard working and will not gouge you at critical times like so many A/C companies!
Dan and Jennifer were both extremely professional and very nice people to work with. I had a bit of an emergency with an appointment today and so I called to get a better idea of ETA. Jennifer quickly took my call, returned an answer after a call to Dan. They were both super accommodating! The service was fast and thorough and I will continue to recommend them to friends and family in the area. HIRE THIS COMPANY! Great knowledge and honest, friendly people!
