Valley Services came to our Ahwatukee home the morning after I made the call to them. They came at the promised time , identified and fixed the problem quickly. I’m satisfied with the work that was done quickly, in about 20 minutes. I was charged an hourly flat rate that was $80 more than what the dispatcher told me . I was not aware that the service person was an independent contractor who sets their own hourly rate. My error for not asking ahead of time. So when you call them—and I do recommend them—be sure to find out what your final costs will be.

Response was acceptable but a 3-hour window to arrive should be shorter. He as friendly and fixed our washer after the washer part came in over the weekend. Would've been more impressed had he had shop towels instead of having to ask for a towel to mop up water. Will certainly consider using Valley Services again.

Judy was the best technician, knew right away what was wrong, took a lot of time defrosting Ice built up, and came almost immediately after I called. No extra charge for working on a Sunday and gave good tips on maintenance of our 10 year old refrigerator. Spence Appliances said it was time for a new one!? Life of appliance is about 6 years! WHAT??

Our fridge broke down during the week and they were able to come out next day! Looked at everything and gave us an estimated cost of repair, which was cheaper than others that quoted us! Ultimately we ended up deciding on getting a new fridge as we didnt really like the current one that came with the house but would call Valley Services next time we have any issue!

Our AC went down at the worst possible time. It was Sunday and we have a sick family member. Valley Services came out within an hour. Unfortunately, our system was beyond repair ( not really surprised about that, 17 years old ). We had portable unit set up right away to make sick family comfortable and new system was put in within 24 hours. Now that's service. It is not often these days that you work with a company that cares. Excellent customer service, technician was knowledgeable, friendly and caring company. We will always from now on use Valley Services for all of our needs. We highly recommended!

Came out to fix a broken door latch on my dryer and quoted me over $300. The repairer man told me the part alone cost over $250! For a door latch. Was able to find the part on Amazon for literally $20 and replace it myself. Still had to pay the fee for them to come look at it tho. Which was $100. A total scam do not use this business.

I could not recommend Valley Services. I called to have an ice maker repaired. The tech was nice and told me I needed a specific part that wasn’t available anymore, but she would follow up with me. I found the part online and installed myself, but the problem wasn’t fixed, no ice. I reached out to the tech and she said it may take up to 48hrs for it to start working. 48hrs later, no still no ice. I reached out to the tech again she said she would need to test the part to see if it was working correctly. I said I’m open to whenever she would be available, and no answer back. The whole time I’m getting texts/emails asking me for a positive review. I followed up with ‘Curtis’ sending 3 separate emails asking what we need to do next, and no answer. On Thursday 6/1 I called Valley Services to speak with a manager/supervisor, and none were available, the person took my name and information and said someone would follow up with me. It’s now Monday 6/5 and I’ve heard from no one. Again, I could not recommend Valley Services and I’ll be calling a different company. Disappointed customer Scott Hubbard

The repairs were completed, however the repairman showed up late. Then after completing repairs he prepared the invoice which included the service fee which was supposed to be waived if the repairs were made. It was one big headache trying to get it corrected. I then paid the invoice presented by the service tech only to be invoiced a second time saying I owed $0.05 more. I continue to receive invoices for the $0.05! I doubt I will use Valley Services in the future!
