After numerous attempts to contact them after years of doing business with them they will not return my calls for service. I have been exceptionally loyal to them but I can't go on being ignored.
Jeremy responded to my call in a timely manner and Bryan came on time to fix the problem. Bryan was professional and explained everything to me. He wasn't trying to resell my house he just wanted to service my unit. It's great not to have the stress. I'm thankful today.
I have been using Turbo Cooling and Heating for 6 years now. Jeremy, the owner is always so kind, courteous, timely and professional. I normally call them out annually to do an AC check up before summer and then I have had each of the blower motors go out on my two units over the past few year. The Turbo team has been exactly that- immediately meeting my repair needs that of course always happen in the dead of summer on a holiday weekend. The entire team is so professional, reasonably priced, and complete excellent work. You can’t find a better HVAC crew than this one!
Jeremy and his team Bryan and Matt are amazing. I will not use anyone else to touch my AC. They are friendly. They explained everything that was being installed with the AC unit. They explained and circled everything I needed to register my unit. They were quick and took a picture and sent it to me when they were done. I highly recommend them.
My ac went out early in the morning so I called turbo heating & cooling first thing and left a message. As soon as they opened I got a phone call from turbo heating & cooling. We set up an appointment for the same day late morning. Brian the tech was there around11:30 am. Looked over my problem on my ac unit went to his truck got the part I needed and there it was working again. Thank you everybody at turbo heating & cooling for your fast friendly service. I will never use anybody else. Jeremy and his crew are great. When my AC went out on an extra hot day, he sent Brian out right away. As usual, Brian identified the problem and fixed it to my relief. All for $89 bucks. What a bargain!!! Thank you!!!!!!
Outstanding experience with Jeremy at Turbo Cooling. He was easy to talk to, educated us, didn't 'sell' us. He initiated at least 2 additions that would improve our new system. My AC went out just as our 100 plus temps started It’s a weekend and during the pandemic and social distancing I was amazed they came out and it was after their long day The worker arrived around 8pm and left near 10pm Who does that !!! This Company Does do that......they finished their jobs for the day, have AC and all during the pandemic on top of it YES I highly recommend this company and excellent service!
We just had Turbo install a new cooling and heating service in our home. We were extremely please with the installation and service from Turbo. Jeremy is honest, up front, and customer oriented. The price was very reasonable. If you want an installer who you can trust to be fair and honest this is the company for you.
Our a/c issue lasted several days. Brian respectfully and diligently worked through the numerous issues. He's a rockstar and a great representation of what customer service should be like
I've had the need of Turbo's services on several occasions and they've always been great. Jeremy has sent out awesome technicians who go way beyond expectations and are always looking out for the best interests of the customers. We had an air handler go out on one of the hottest days of the year. Mike was out to the house within an hour of us calling, identified and replaced a bad capacitor for a 10th the price of replacing the fan motor that he had to remove to get to the capacitor in the first place. Not only did he make the replacement, but he moved the capacitor to a more serviceable location. More recently, we had a leak that the plumbing service we called to look at charged $237 to spend less than 30 minutes total at the house to poke a hole in the ceiling and announce that it was AC unit filling the air ducts with water. Mike came out late that evening, spent time identifying the issue as clogged coils that were nearly impossible to access due to the pitch of the roof. My initial thought was that I was going to have to replace the whole AC, turns out Mike had a plan and he came back, cleaned the coils he also removed 45 gallons of water from the system. Something he says he's never seen or heard of before. It took over 8 hours due to the access issues and the water but all for a very fair price. Needless to say, these are the guys I will always use and highly recommend.
Moved down here from pinetop three years ago , Jeremy the owner as been giving us the best service on our unit for the past servral years . Saturday evening out unit went out , called Jeremy , he had a Tech Brian over our condo by 900 that evening . Brian took care of the problem and was awesome . These guys give customer service what customer service is suppose to be ! Very honest and thorough !!! Thank you Jeremy & Brian for your awesome service !!!!!!
9/2016: One of my Trane units went out on me on a Sunday evening, and Turbo AC was at my house Monday morning at 9:30 am to repair the condenser motor at a fair price. Bryan was friendly, courteous and finished the job quickly. Turbo AC also did my yearly maintenance checks at a fair price this past spring. I 100% recommend them! 6/2017: Just had Bryan out again, no up charge for weekend or late night service calls, I won't use anyone else for my AC Units!
I have used Turbo Cooling & Heating twice now for my AC needs. Each time they have been friendly and reasonable in their pricing. They aren't the ones that try and up sell you on parts you don't need to get back up and running. Highly recommend this company.
I recently had a fantastic experience with this company. Jeremy (the owner) and his team did a wonderful job installing a new heat pump at my home. They were friendly, efficient and kept me very informed. The price I paid for the pump and install was literally half the price of some of the other quotes I received.
