UPDATE- THIS COMPANY LIED ABOUT MY SERVICE. SHOW ME PICS OF CRACKS ON THE LID. YOU RUINED MY CARPET I AM JUST WARNING OTHERS. Through our home warranty we had this company out to service our washer. After looking at the service codes and tearing into the washer....decision was to replace the rods. Some info the washer was stopping and throwing error codes. So anyway rods were replaced, that night we ran it and it flowed over and threw water out....causing a flood in our hallway and spare room. Owner or Manager could of cared less....they brought out a carpet cleaner....who told us this won't help since it had been soaked all the way through. By the way if rods are installed incorrectly I found out it can throw it off balance and do what it did. However I warn Hiring this company....if it does go bad they won't help, and might cost you other repair costs. I am surprised of the ratings as high as they are maybe they should just stick with AC repairs. However management at this company is horrible so watch out. They never once apologized. Chris and Trina’s team are honest and skilled, a pleasure to interact with. Chris discovered the company that installed our system 18months before had made serious errors and there had nearly been a fire. He made my home safe. They maintain my HVAC and appliances now and I feel safe because I can trust him and his team.

We've had two of their technicians to our home to take care of the AC and fix or fridge. Both were very professional and did excellent work. We are subscribed to their service plan which is a seems like a good deal.
Our restaurant walk in refrigerator was not holding temp. True Home Maintenance understood the importance of fixing it as fast as possible to save us from loosing a lot of money in food, and to help us serve our guests without any disruptions. They came out quickly, diagnosed the issue, fixed it and even stayed a while to ensure the refrigerator was going to continue working. The technician, Andy, was very nice, smart and professional. We will be trusting True Home Maintenance with all of our commercial HVAC and restaurant equipment needs.
Lived in the valley for 35 years and tried many many AC companies, True Home Maintenance is the real deal. Some talk a good game, these guys deliver. Professional, responsive, priced fairly, and they back up their work. We had a fantastic experience with them this year when our old unit went down a couple times. They were out quickly, explained what happened, and actually had my part ON THE TRUCK! That never seems to happen. In almost every previous experience, the parts have to be picked up and I am still down another day or two before we are back online. We signed up for their home Maintenance Program and they called early to make sure we are scheduled for our fall inspection. I could not be more pleased.
We used this company for a dishwasher repair. After unsuccessfully trying a different company named Oren Appliance Repair who incorrectly diagnosed the problem and replaced a part for $300 that did not need to be replaced we contacted True Home and had the pleasure of working with Kelly who quickly and easily replaced the correct part and resolved the problem 100%. Great service. Thank you.
True Home is who I call for all my AC needs. They are reliable, professional, and always give me a fair and honest price. I tried many AC companies prior and won’t use any other company now that I found True Home. Highly recommend.
This company is a true gem. I have used them for my AC needs over the past few years and I cannot speak more highly of them. The customer service and experience that they provide is exceptional. They have come out the past few years to service our AC and today when I called to say my AC wasn’t working they had somebody out within an hour and he fixed it on the spot. Everyone is so friendly and knowledgeable, I definitely trust them when it comes time to replace.
There are no words to describe the wonderful work that True Home Maintenance and AC provides to their customers. I don’t know where to begin because everything about this HVAC company is top notch. From maintenance and emergency service, Scott and Travis always go above and beyond to help me no matter what time or what day of the week it is! When it comes to a new install of an AC unit, the team of Brandon, Daniel, and Johnathan were incredible. They took their time, made sure everything was done correctly, and their work ethic can’t be compared to anyone else in the HVAC business. They even cleaned up my carpets and stairs and left them looking so much better than before they arrived! Finally there are the owners, Trina and Chris! What nice people who are only looking to help customers and not price gauge them. They always go out of their way to work with people to ensure they have proper HVAC units, parts, and service.
