We rent and our air went out today. We live in Surprise. Our property management company contacted Tate and a tech was here in 2 hours. Our technician name was Jose. He diagnosed the problem as it was getting dark outside and replaced a dual capacitor. Got us going in less than an hour. Super nice guy and appreciated. Thank you Jose! Excellent company.
Tate’s AC and Heating is an excellent company when you are looking for someone to handle your AC and Heating needs!! They are reliable, pleasant and work around your schedule!! I would highly recommend them when in need of superior service!!
Every time I need to do a checkup on my A/C unit, I call Tate’s A/C and I always ask for Brad. He does an absolutely amazing job every time. He’s been servicing my A/C unit for years now and he keeps it running perfectly through the summer heat. We have tried multiple times to get an A/C checkup without success. They installed our A/C unit but cannot get any service!

We learned about this company from a friend. She was right this company is the best A/C company i have used in over 20 years. They are very honest and professional. Very knowledgeable with zero up-selling which I appreciate. We had some repair service done and prices are very reasonable.

My 26 year old AC unit finally quit on us. Tate's was fairly priced so I had them come out to replace it. I was impressed with how thorough of a job they did. They did a great job and the unit runs so much smoother than what I was used to.

Hands down the best AC company in the east valley. We have tried a cpl other bigger and smaller companies and Tates is the best. Quality of work(had a complete new Trane system and two Nest thermostats installed), professionalism, honesty, and overall experience is an A+. Thank you Josh, Jesus who was a very cool younger gentleman that installed both my Nest smart thermostats that required going into the attic for both units to add extra wires to get everything operable. Great install all around. Anyone looking for anything AC related give these guys a shot! Guarantee you won't regret it!
I have used another business and it was always something was need for my unit or it had to be cleaned. Tate's do not try to upsell. They do excellent service.
I was told a technician would arrive between 7pm-9pm. Neither did the technician show as scheduled nor was there any communication from the company, even after leaving calls and text messages as stated on the company's voicemail message. Incredibly disappointed as I wasted two hours waiting for someone to arrive that never did. But for having to use this company, I would not.
Brad and Brody were incredible; very knowledgeable and detail oriented. This is a trusted company; they never sell you on something you don’t need!

These guys are legit life savers. After struggling to get our Home warranty to get our AC fixed with no hope(had been out for 12 days before I called Tate’s), we desperately called other companies to get this going and had a good recommendation for Tate’s, we called and they came out same day(no one else would do that) and came out after we approved the quote and fixed it in less than two hours! Very happy with the service they delivered, the honesty with the issues and the quickness in response and execution. Will ALWAYS recommend them and call them first. (Cancelling our home warranty too. No reason to leave someone in AZ out of AC for that long) Appreciate you all!!! Thanks Tate’s
