Sterling Services is great, hey have fixed our issues no matter what. Great service every time. Journal today was great, explained everything he needed to do. After 5 years as their client, they refuse to perform, when I have to replace roof and the line is on the roof.
I’ve been most impressed with the quality of people Sterling Services hires. My service technician most recently to repair a dinosaur aged water heater was Ray. Upstanding quality service and most knowledgeable. All around good character that I wish all contractors of any service would employ.
I called Sterling Services for a clogged drain. Within a few hours they were at my door to fix the problem. Danny Try was absolutely amazing. He called to let me know he was on his way and arrived in a timely manner. This was not an easy job and despite some trouble, he remained professional and diligent in solving the problem. He not only unclogged the drain but offered some helpful tips to avoid future problems. On top of the great service he was a super nice guy. I highly recommend Danny and the excellent service he provided and will be calling Sterling for any future plumbing needs.
Every interaction with the Sterling Services team was exceptional from start to finish. During these precarious times Amy was cognizant of my concerns with social distancing and arrived in the appropriate protective wear. She accessed the current condition of my unit and listened to my needs, providing me the same day with several quotes, that spelled out the specifics of what was included. I had several questions to which she responded almost immediately. I was able to schedule the install within 3 days from my decision to purchase. I'm an individual that does my homework, so I had already reviewed the business on BBB (A+), Google and Yelp - all received mostly positive reviews. Day of the install, D'arcy & Luis, were on time, called prior to let me know they were on their way. Promptly began the installation and testing, replacing the intake vent and cleaning up in less than 4 hours time total. They were courteous and also considerate of my concerns for maintaining appropriate social distancing. I'm so happy with my decision and look forward to being cool inside when our Arizona weather heats up to 110 outside! I would definitely recommend them based on my recent interactions with Sterling Services.
Mike installed my Green Water Softener and set up my RO system. He was amazing. Exceptional service! Mike was knowledgeable, professional, courteous and a really nice person. I highly recommend Sterling Services.
I had a water leak inside the wall that was caused by a hole in the drain pipe. I called Sterling Services and I was surprised to hear they could have someone over in 30 min. Stratton was the service engineer who was friendly and professional. He had the problem fixed within the next 45 minutes. Excellent work! Cost was very reasonable and I am surprised they responded so quickly. I highly recommend this company.
I highly recommend this company. Very profesional and courteous which made me feel very good about my decision to have them replace my hot water tank. Danny their tech was extremely professional and more importantly knowledgeble about the product and the procedure. He was more than willing to expain to me why they carry the product they do and what the whole process would look like when I asked him. He was a great fella that was clearly passionate about his profession, Ask for him!!!
Sterling has always been great to work with. Been using them for years on multiple homes. Our tech Mike is great. Takes his time and explains and answers all questions.
Mike is very professional and courteous. He is very patient and explains everything to me in a way that I understand. Sterling Services never pushes a customer to purchase or have a lot of things done immediately. The reps will explain why something is important to replace now or in the future but never do I feel pressured. I trust Sterling Services and their service men completely on their knowledge and suggestions. They have a great work ethnic. I recommend Sterling Services highly.
We just purchased out house and wanted to have the HVAC checked out and to start a maintenance program. Sterling Services arrived on time and checked our system out. They found an issue but there was no pressure and they recommendation was based on what was realistic, not what got them a repair. We signed up for the maintenance plan and we’re comfortable that we are in good hands.
What a wonderful company. Both service people, Mike and Danny, we’re terrific. Both wore masks and were very professional. Neither tried to sell us something we didn’t need. As snowbirds we appreciate these upstanding people and the outstanding company they represent.
Can’t say enough about this company! Our water heater went out and the company our warranty sent us to couldn’t come out for days. Sterling sent a guy out within two hours, diagnosed the problem and replaced our water heater the very next morning. Stratton was super knowledgeable, friendly and so helpful explaining everything very thoroughly. The replacement/new install was efficient and fast but well done. We will recommend this company to anyone needing plumbing services.
I had originally called my home warranty company and they said the plumber wouldn't be able come out for 2 days. I called Sterling services and they were able to send someone out within the hour! Ray was respectful, professional and answered all our questions. We signed up for their two year service plan. It gives me piece of mind knowing they have our best interests. Would highly recommend!
They were amazing! I have 3 dogs who all have their own personality’s, they were super accommodating and kind with them. They came to check out my ducts and give me quote for cleaning and an air scrubber. I’m super excited for the air scrubber!!!!! Thanks!!!
Very professional and knowledgeable service company. Workers are polite, offered to wear face masks and shoe covers. They arrive on time every service and do a wonderful job. They have fair prices and don’t do any high pressure sales. We have used them for over a year and have nothing but good things to say about this company.
I called Sterling Services today to see about a complicated repair that I kept getting the runaround from or no call back from other HVAC companies. We had a condensation line in our attic that had a leak and had water damage to several areas. We had to find someone to repair the leak first so that work on water damage could begin. It was really stressful and I was worried that I would not find a knowledgeable and reliable company willing to take this on. However after calling today, they assured me that Sterling services could not only handle this problem with confidence but also send someone out today! Mike Newpower arrived not too long after and quickly went to work. He did not stop until he figured out where the leak was and took pictures and thoroughly explained the problem. He was able to repair it in no time, cutting out drywall which other companies were too afraid to do. He was so kind, he even cleaned up the mess afterward. Mike was very hardworking, professional honest and efficient! All together very awesome! We highly recommend him and Sterling Services and will definitely use them again in the future. Thank you Mike! We appreciated everything.
It was very easy to work with Sterling. Communications were timely. They arrived on time and completed the repair in a timely and efficient manner. The final bill was fair and easy to understand. Mike(the technician) was great and very professional
The communication and the customer service were outstanding, from scheduling the appointment to having the technician come out and provide the outstanding service that Sterling Services advertises. Mike Newpower was on-time (actually way ahead of schedule) and he did an extremely thorough job all while explaining much needed and important information. Do not second guess hiring Sterling Services and if you have Mike you’ll be well taken care of!
Michael was excellent - efficient & very thorough. Explained all issues & estimates of repairs when we decide to do them. Glad we selected Sterling for 3 year maintenance & service. Johnny was just here for the annual HVAC checkup. Once again, superior service, courtesy & technical knowledge. We now now we’re good for another Arizona summer. Thanks Sterling!!! 10/11/21 - Ivan was here to do annual maintenance on our HVAC system. He was the best - on-time, courteous & knowledgable. Very time efficient as well. Very happy with his service.
I've been using Sterling Services for a number of years. They come twice a year. Always professional and pleasently personal. Keith was no exception. He was super cool and seemed to do more than I expected. I'm very impressed. Carla Howey Rik came by this time, I have Sterling come twice a year. Rik has come before and as always he was wonderful.
