Sharp Air is top notch! From the first time you call, to getting automatic updates, and even the manner of the technicians, this place hits all the marks. I’ve had them conduct multiple services over multiple homes, from replacing an air unit, to replacing and fixing circuit board/sensors in my smart heating unit, to re-routing ducts for better airflow, and even just yearly general upkeep. All of which has been fairly priced, explained in detail, and I’m always left satisfied and feeling more comfortable in my home. If you’re in need of HVAC service, this is the place to start, you won’t be disappointed.
Jacob called twenty minutes out call right on time , kept me informed what he saw all was great. Also their contract for yearly maintenance is by month and only $ 25/month ...last company almost $400 /yr wanted all up front. Vey happy.
Poor installation, refused to return calls. Worst service ever. Do not recommend them at all.
Great company. I waited some time after a whole house remodel and air conditioning works great. No roof issues or quirky work found. They were open about the products they were installing and how they were installing them. Justin in particular was AWESOME. Professional and knowledgeable.

Sharp Air helped me choose and install a new new heat pump + air handler system. They beat the quote of another HVAC company and responsiveness of their service manager Justin was great! Justin was top notch in all the communication, giving quick quotes and great advice. After visiting my property, he noticed uneven temperature in the house and gave more recommendations how to fix that. Sharp Air had the system in stock and a very close availability (in just two days), Another great team of techs (lead by Aaron) came to install the system. were very nice, knowledgable, and answered all my questions. They installed the system following best practices (air handler and flex in the attic suspended, heat pump put on anti-vibration pads, etc). New dampers were also installed to better balance air flow and have it evened out across the whole house. Sharp air now is my favorite HVAC company, will continue doing business with them, and I can't imagine any other company better than them.
We have used Sharp multiple times for our needs between different properties. Hands down the only company we want to use. Justin is professional and very knowledgeable. He genuinely cares and will not try to upsell anything. He has your best interest in mind. Honestly don’t even waste time calling around, I promise you won’t be disappointed. I basically have Justin’s number on speed dial at this point. The best!
My attic A/C unit was leaking and Justin came out and replaced parts and fixed. Perfect service -professional, fast and affordable. Highly recommend this company!
These guys are awesome. I just built a brand new house that needed a few HVAC tweaks. Since Sharp Air did the original install for the builder, I asked them to come back to tidy up a few things. Service Manager Justin came out right away, and I had them move a thermostat that was in a bad spot from the home's design. They also installed Google Nest T-stats for me. Outstanding work in a timely manner. Not cheap, but worth the cost. I also had an issue with one of the outside condenser units making noise. Emory came out on another trip immediately, in June when they were slammed, and fixed it right up for me under warranty. Units now run and sound great. Thank you, Justin, Emory and Owner Mitch! Sharp Air rocks!
Justin from Sharp Air Conditioning and Heat saw my cry for help on the Thumbtack website, regarding my broken AC, and proactively reached out to me. He was at my condo within an hour and diagnosed the problem in 15 minutes. Unfortunately, my motor was broken and replacing it would be $1000. Justin pointed out the pros and cons of changing the motor with another motor of its kind (quite obsolete) or getting a whole new AC. He wasn’t pushy and answered all of my questions respectfully, despite my asking the same question more than once. So, I decided to schedule the installation of a whole new AC with Sharp. Justin brought me a personal air conditioning unit to keep me comfortable until the AC was installed. Everything was professional from beginning to end — I highly recommend Sharp Air Conditioning and Heat. Pro tip: you can get 5% off if you pay with cash/check
They worked with me through a complex re-design of my house HVAC when the original construction design couldn't keep up with summer temperatures (the builder undersized all the ducts and the units to increase their profits at our expense). Sharp Air (technicians and management) worked with me on multiple options to properly size the ductwork and HVAC units for both floors (which wasn't straightforward due to the layout not being ideal for HVAC efficiency). It was an expensive investment, but ultimately felt like it was the right plan and that Sharp Air wasn't overselling or overpricing. The installation went relatively smoothly for such a large job, and they took care of the minor issues promptly with full transparency to me. The new design and ductwork/equipment is working out perfectly. We're able to meet set point finally evenly across the house and in both floors, even at the peak of summer. We're very happy with how it turned out! We were also customers prior to the redesign for annual preventative maintenance.
We purchased our AZ home in 2017 and, upon a recommendation, starting using Sharp Air for our HVAC maintenance. They found a couple of problems then and took care of them. This year the expected bad news finally came - We needed a new system. That was on a Wednesday. We approved the new install and the new units were installed on Friday. This was great as we were leaving for the summer in a few days. Sharp Air has always been courteous and attentive to our questions. Highly recommend.
They have been taking care of my a/c for years, but it finally got a bit expensive to keep it going. I now have a new a/c unit. It has been up and running now for a good 5 or 6 hours and it is still working as good as when it was new.
The AC unit on my home went out in the middle of last summer, but Sharp Air sent out Calvin, and he was able to diagnose, and resolve the issue within the hour! Would recommend.
