Semper Fi responded very quickly to help us with our AC problems. They were very courteous and professional. Customer service was excellent. Even their drywall repair man did an awesome job. We were very happy with the work and would highly recommend them and will use them again.
We had new air conditioner installed on July 3rd by Tech Jeremy R. This young man came by himself, on time and worked for 10 hours to make sure we were left comfortable. Temperature was above 100 at ground level so attic was probably double. He did not take a lunch break but I made him come in and eat a sandwich and desert. I made sure he was hydrated in addition to all the water he bought. HE WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND. He is very hard worker, knowledgeable of product, answered all our questions. I Recommend him highly. The whole company from office personal, to salesman Ty, are very courteous, helpful, and knowledgeable of products.
Fabulous experience all around! Thank you. The tech was here on time. He explained all the options and we never felt pushed about a purchase or any payment options. Easy financing. The installation team of Jordan and Blake were exceptional! They explained everything that was happening. They answered all our questions. They were friendly and professional. My family and I were driving on the freeway when a white male driver with a beard from Semper Fi Heating and Cooling merged onto the freeway at a high rate of speed and came into my lane. I had to swerve off the freeway into the shoulder to avoid being sideswiped by their vehicle and driver. Their driver then got behind my vehicle and proceeded to flip my family off. I called the company to report the incident. I was told I would receive a call back. Nobody called to follow-up of course. The driver then proceeded to drive over 100mph swerving in and out of lanes. Reckless driving is a great way to lose lives and a business. Professionalism carefulness should extend to every facet of a business especially driving a company vehicle and to address concerns when they complain.
Very responsive to our call and Travis was at our house within an hour or so. Explained in very easy to understand terms what was wrong and what he suggested we should do. Cost was very reasonable and there was no attempt to over sell. Extremely happy with the service.
With four children under four, home service always always bring concern for rusty nails and possibly rude service persons. Not with Semper Fi! The sales and service men were so respectful and kind, particularly to our children. They removed our rusted air conditioner without leaving a single nail. Super clean. Super professional. Plus affordable pricing and offer good financing.
They contacted me and told me that the technician would be delayed and he would call when he was 30 minutes out, he called and was prompt at 30 minutes exactly! Thorough and well-knowledged and professional across the board. If you can request a technician, I would suggest Brandon! Great job.
My salesperson, David and tech team lead by Antonio did an excellent job. David did a great job explaining what was going wrong with my current unit and also what could potentially go wrong in the future. I did not feel pressured to have to purchase and provided me with different options. Antonio and team showed up on time for the install and kept me informed of the progress. Antonio was able to get a portable air conditioning unit delivered and set up in my office, so I was able to stay working in my house. He went above and beyond by coming in and checking on me throughout the day to make sure I was okay. The entire team was courteous and was able to answer any questions that I had. Coming from a 25-year background in customer service, I can honestly say I was impressed with everyone I worked with. I highly recommend Semper Fi.
I wouldn't recommend this company to my worst enemy. They deliver a damaged air conditioner when I mentioned it they said it was normal. I made them come out and look at it. When the tech came out he said it was too damaged to fix so they delivered another one the next door. That one was also damaged. I had tech come out again this time they were able to some what correct the condenser coils by combining them out. The unit is loud and makes different sounds when the unit shuts off, sometimes it's quiet most of the time it sounds like a bomb. Call around Oh and by the way everyone gets the veterans and first responders discount. It's just a marketing gimmick.
They did what they said they would do! When they said they would do it! For the price they quoted me and didn't try to charge me a penny more! First of all A/C is Not cheap! I own "Several" rentals and have delt with dozens of A/C companys in the past and 9 out of 10 that I've done business with in the past I would Never use again. I kept having the same problems over & over and they Never would take responsibilty and just fix the problem. Semper Fi A/C did everything they said they would do! Five STARS *****
Our 15 year old Air conditioner was no longer doing it's job and it was time to get it replaced. The installers from Semper Fi showed up on time and kept us informed of what was going on. I should mention it was the hottest day of the year so far and reached 114 degrees. I'm sure a lot hotter on our roof. The installation was going longer than expected because of problems with the new unit. They provided us with a portable air conditioner for our comfort while they called for another brand new unit. A crane needed to be sent out for a second visit. At the same time they got two more people doubling the crew from 2 to 4 so they were able to get our house provided with ac as quickly as possible. I can't imagine this same scenario working out the same with other companies. In spite of the heat and our concerns for their safety they made it clear that the customer service was most important. Semper Fi may not be the least expensive ac company out there but they definitely live up to the saying; "You get what you pay for." Thank-you Terry and crew.

Very professional and responsive. Glad I contacted them. Hopefully I will have the opportunity in the future to answer the quality portion of the questionnaire. So far, very impressed. Thir quality of workmanship is great. I went to the roof top and took pictures after the installment. So far I'm happy.
Semper Fi was no pressure sales, they listened to what I wanted then made several solution suggestions. In the end I choose them because they were professional and easy to work with. They showed up on time for the install and kept me informed of the progress. They went above and beyond in earning my business as they worked with me with their quote. I told them I want value and that means good quality products with a fair price. After receiving 2 other quotes I realized just how good the Semper Fi quote was. Don’t hesitate to use them.
We have had our A/C down and out for 2 months. Semper Fi is the third company I have called trying to get this repaired and at a fair price. Stephanie has helped us from the beginning and let me just say, she is INCREDIBLE, She treated me with compassion she was knowledgeable and was quick to help! Chase came out and inspected our A/C units and determine in very short order that the leak was not coming from the A/C unit. Chase was efficient, professional and very knowledgeable. It was a pleasure to have him in our home. Thanks Semper Fi.
Jourdan came and did an A/C tune up at the end of May. He provided fast and friendly service and was very straightforward. He pointed out that the evaporator coil was very rusted out and towards the end of it’s life and made some other repairs to hopefully get us through the summer. After it warmed up a few weeks ago, the circuit breaker for the AC kept tripping. Jourdan returned and noticed that we were low on refrigerant and that the evaporator had indeed sprung a leak. He was able to build me a quote and get me the best discount available to replace my system on Saturday and schedule me to have it replaced on Monday. Owen and Albert arrived on Monday and walked through it with me and answered questions I had. Owen got straight to work and did an excellent job while training Albert along the way. They did a very professional job and left me with no mess and cool AC for my family. Thank you all for your professionalism and for getting this done. It is usually very hard to find good contractors to do work at my house and you all satisfied my expectations.
The service was impeccable from the beginning. The crew was courteous, helpful and very knowledgeable. I am honored to work with a company that goes above and beyond for their customers. The professionalism was superb, the less than 24-hour turnaround time for a brand new unit was unbelievable! I cannot recommend these guys enough! While having to replace an expensive necessity like a HVAC system, normal behavior is to worry that you are not being taken advantage of, but working with Semper Fi and recognizing the thousands of reviews from other satisfied customers eases any concerns I had. Thank you, Semper Fi for making me believe in a great, reputable company once again! I will say, these guys are the real thing! Called Semper Fi to have them come out and offer a second opinion on a previous vendor's recommendations. Semper Fi was quick to determine what the actual issue was, offered a very fair price on a replacement condenser, and came out the next day to install the unit. On the day of the install, Enrique Q, and Marco A came out and spent the morning removing the old unit and installing the new one. They were very professional and courteous, and also very respectful of our home. They cleaned up when they were done - and we couldn't be happier! New AC is running great, and we have a free year of seasonal tune-ups to keep us happy and smiling. As a veteran myself, I am proud to have had Semper Fi come out and do the work, and I am equally proud to recommend this veteran-owned company to anyone needing AC services
