My AC stopped working at night. I called Rusty in morning. He had my unit up and running by noon. Thank you for quick response during a very busy ac season.

We gave Rusty's a shot when our ac recently went down. We woke up warm and called at 6 in the morning at the beginning of their busy season. They got a guy out here by 7:30 and we were back in business by 8:30. Granted, it turned out to be an easy fix, but the response time and Sean's (our tech) professionalism were over the top. Absolutely 5 star service.
A/C stopped cooling the night before July 4th. Rusty’s not only was open on the Fourth, the technician arrived around 9:00 after calling at 8:00 and had the unit cooling in about 20 minutes. Very Grateful.
Rusty is the best. We came home to a broken air conditioner and thought we would have to wait until after the holiday for it to get fixed but Rusty came to our rescue within the hour. Not only great service but one of the nicest guys you'll meet.
Rusty’s saved our day, weekend, week! We called at 10:56am on the Sunday before a holiday based in a rave review from a family member. Chip answered (which surprised us on a weekend) and tech Richard was out and COMPLETED our repair by 11:50am. Less than one hour for scheduling, dispatch, and repair. The cost was fair, the service was phenomenal, and Richard was easily the most pleasant HVAC tech we’ve ever worked with. He was extraordinary and we can’t thank him and Rusty’s enough!
These guys saved us after our home warranty failed us. They were out same day and honestly came out to find the solution when we struggled with knowing what the problem was. They were honest, courteous and genuine. I honestly can't recommend these guys enough. Seriously, so grateful for their team and our tech Richard. Highly highly recommend!
Respectfully explained what the problem was and how it would be fixed. Prompt in ordering parts. Friendly technicians who took the time to cover their shoes each & every time they went in and out of the house.
Two guys arrived on time, introduced themselves, gave me several options to consider for the issues I was having. They were professional and knowledgeable! I will be using this company again when in need of HVAC service!

My AC shut down on a hot Sunday (of course it would). I tried to call my regular guy who does all my plumbing and AC work. Strangely I could not reach him, so I chose Rusty's AC because they were nearby and had glowing reviews. They are a class act. They texted me a picture of their tech with his biography and pleasant photo. His truck was new and shiny, his uniform crisp and clean, and he was extremely friendly. He quickly diagnosed that I had a failing condenser fan motor from it's high current draw. I asked how much to replace the motor. He quickly replied $1,000. I was a little shocked and asked him to break down this very round number. He said that included labor and parts, duh. Nothing further. I thanked him and paid the $89 diagnosis fee ( not bad) and said I would try to get my guy. A little later my guy called and said he was sorry he missed my call and would be right over. He confirmed the diagnosis and quoted me $400 parts and labor and had a motor on his not so new truck. I didn't get a biography or photo. He was sweaty with blue jeans and tee shirt. However my AC was back up and running in about an hour. Moral, develop a relationship with a honest SMALL LOCAL guy and stick with him.
Richard was a great help! Very knowledgeable and provided a great solution at a very competitive price.

Hooray! Finally, an air conditioning company that actually answers the 24/7 emergency line! Our unit went out at 3am Sunday morning on Father's Day. The wonderful lady that answered the emergency line was able to assist. Rusty and Richard arrived right on time early Sunday morning and had us up and running again by 9:45. I cannot thank you all enough. It was already 97°F by 8:30am in our unit! We will be using Rusty's going forward!
Rusty has been absolutely amazing! He replaced our entire HVAC system, ducts and all. I have some sensitivities and am pretty picky about what I want and sometimes take a while to make decisions. Rusty was, and continues to be, kind and patient with me lol. He's prompt with communication and scheduling appointments. I HIGHLY recommend this company!
My AC went out in the middle of summer and I was so worried it would take forever to get fixed! It had gone out in the evening and with Rusty's, I had a cold house by noon the next day! Super impressed and happy with them!
We got 4 quotes for a complete new install for our split system. We have two units: 5 and 4 ton. Right when we met Rusty for the quote, we knew instantly this is the guy/company we wanted to work with. NO REGRETS. They showed up 7 min early and completely took out and installed our systems in 8 hours. Absolutely 100% recommend them. Everything is running beautifully.
I called Rusty's A/C and Heating to see if they could check my unit because my place was taking forever to cool. I was looking for a regular maintenance and they came that night to check my unit. They were super responsive and easy to work with to get the repairs done that needed to be done (including getting the equipment that was needed). I highly recommend Rusty's and will definitely be using them again!
