I am a Community Manager for a homeowners association. Jay Weiner was onsite the day the repair was scheduled and had everything up and running again in less than 30 minutes. Very responsive and quick. The homeowners were super excited to have the air conditioner running again for their community gym. Thank you Jay!
This great company probably saved my Dads life. My father is 94, has dementia and lives in Mesa AZ. His AC failed on the day that the media proclaimed as 'planet earth's hottest day ever'. Rainforest responded immediately by installing a portable AC unit and then showed up THE NEXT DAY to completely replace my Dad's AC with a brand new system. 5 stars from me.
We have been having all sorts of ac problems with the apartment we are renting. They finally sent in some professional help to look at our ac unit. Jay came in and was immediately at work. He took the time to listen to what the problem was, he asked questions, and then left no stone unturned in his work. He was very upfront with me, and did everything that he could to remedy the situation while he was here! I appreciate the heck out of the job he did, and the way he leveled with me. Great guy, great service!!
I am writing specifically to give a big thank you to JAY. He was completely professional, patient, caring, and thorough when he came at midnight (on a holiday weekend!) to help my sister with her AC. It was blowing hot air only. We were there worried that we would have to take her back to our home. He showed up with an encouraging and polite disposition. He had excellent listening and communication skills. He explained everything to us, and was able to fix the problem with careful double checking too. (I had been worried he may fix and leave in a rush.) BUT, not at all. He wanted to give some time to check once it was working and verify that all was well. It is a rarity to encounter such an amazing professional. Thank you so much Jay. You are wonderful and we appreciate your help and expertise so much.
Rain Forrest put hot water heaters in my.complex. They finished my building and covered a hole in my shower with Plexiglas attached by black tape. So above the new shower handle you seem inside the wall. Wood studs and copper pipe. Whoever did the final inspection must be blind. Several complaints nothing has been followed up on.
Mike, Bruce and Wid were all of the above. New a/c unit installed within 3 days of first contact.
Had rainforest fox the AC at my house and they sent a fantastic technician, Kyle, and he was able to fix my AC quick and the price was better than the other quotes I got! Highly recommended in all aspects.
If could give a 10 Star rateing I would had call rainforest to give me a estimate to do a new fresh swamp cooler installation of a custom made swamp cooler that is all stainless steel that I needed to have installed on my roof the first tech that showed up for the estimate was Anthony he is fantastic he started with calling his manager ho is ebb we came to a estimate for my special job I needed to have done. They did the install and they did a fantastic job this company will bend over backwards to help the costumer .to make a long story short I had 6 different companies that told me they would do the same job and all of them was a no show. The only company that would do it is rainforest ebb is super fantastic keeping his wordhe had to a company to make the parts to complete the installation of this jod. Bruce and 2 of his coworkers did a fantastic job on this installation they are super had works . This is the best company I have had the pleasure to dill with in a vary long time. I Will recommend them at any time I give them 10 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I wish I could give them a 10 Stars Thanks to Anthony, ebb, Bruce,and his 2 helpers on this install. thanks to rainforest Iam a very happy customer 😊😊😊😊😊

Jay is an amazing technician came out and inspected my unit was punctually on time to the ETA and had my AC unit repaired and fixed quickly!
Called this company for a second quote. Christian and his colleague came the same day and confirmed I needed a new water tank. Matched the other company and installed right there and then! Techs were friendly, professional and and explained everything to me along the way (which I totally appreciated! I was already replacing the tank so it wasn’t a sales pitch). They left the area clean and neat. Great job, highly recommend and will use again for plumbing needs.
East Valley Children’s Theatre had an unexpected sink clog today, on our first day of Imagination Theatre Camp. We called Rainforest and the problem was resolved quickly and without breaking the bank. We are grateful and so are our students!
The technician, Robert G. was responsive, professional and efficient. He restored the AC at a completely reasonable rate when I thought the system would need to be replaced. He was able to get the AC running again after many wiring issues from previous repairs from other companies. His communication was above and beyond. Thanks Robert and Rainforest!!
Good experience. Came out on a holiday weekend. Explained everything. Fixed the problem. I would use them again!
Major problem with leaking sewer pipes. Rainforest Plumbing came out and assess the problem, they came back with a price that was acceptable to me but once they repaired the sewer pipes the cost of the job was much less, which was a relief to me. The technician that originally came out who’s name was Paul was the kindest person and knowledgeable about his work and how he performance his job. He also had a helper who Paul worked very well with. I have had many companies in and out since the end of March of 23 and never once have I been impressed with Paul and the company he represents. I have never had worker’s leave my place looking better than it was before they arrived. If I have plumbing problems in the future Rainforest is the company I will be calling.
Rainforest installed sinks and upgraded toilets in our PreK classrooms. The tech (Marcus) kept us informed throughout the project. The end result was amazing. It was a clean job great quality. I highly recommend Rainforest Plumbing & Air for plumbing services..
Very smooth and easy from start to finish.From management to installers they are all very attentive and informative throughout the job.I would recommend them anyday over Parker and Sons. They are not good about getting back to you and more expensive.
We had such a great experience with the tech from Rainforest. Our AC unit went out and he arrived same day. He was on time, courteous and professional. He quoted a fair price and walked us through exactly what caused the issue. They were our third quote, and while the other companies tried to upsell on new units and additional service, they seemed fair and honest with their assessment of repairing the broken part. Thank you for your help and attention!
This company needs to go back to basics. Scheduling. They don't know how to schedule. We were going to pay over $6000 to get our ducts cleaned and the upstairs ducting balanced. We got scheduled and rescheduled so many times we gave up. Unless you have a very open schedule keep looking for another company. I won't be renewing their Cabana Club either.
