My wife and I called a larger HVAC company, who shall remain nameless in this review. The tech was here for less than 30 minutes, charged us $300 for Freon, and left. A day later our AC was not blowing any cool air and seemed to have gotten worse after the larger company came. I found PlumbSmart and gave them a call at 3:30am. They were able to come out the very same day. Jeff was professional, kind, and caring. He has solid HVAC knowledge, and I’ve never felt more comfortable with any other company. He took the time to explain the ins and outs of my AC unit and show me how to properly maintain it. He also measured our unit and quoted us for the future when we will need to eventually replace our unit. He never tried to upsell us or force us into spending thousands. This is the only company I would recommend to my friends and family. Thank you to this company for not only resolving our issue but managing to fit us in same day during a dangerous heat wave.
5 star service from their technician Frank. Very professional and great customer service!!! My wife and i had broken off the shower line in the wall when trying to remove an old tub spout. Great experience with these guys on a rush job for a water leak at my house. They did a nice job explaining what they were doing. The price was reasonable and the work was good. I would definitely recommend using them again.
Mesa, AZ: Jeremy Ford was wonderful! He explained his work along the way, was very efficient in what he did, and a joy to talk with - very personable and professional. I was so very pleased with his work! I will definitely be using this business in the future; they're very responsive and show up when they say they will. They keep you informed along the way with notifications. I felt their rates were reasonable.
Trevor has Ben to our home several times to help with inspections different plumbing problems. This last time was to install a garbage disposal. He also helped with a smaller issue in my moms bathroom which had not been scheduled. He has always been kind, courteous, knowledgeable, helpful and professional! A joy to work with. The scheduling team also does great work and are wonderful at communicating!

The technician Derrick was personable and friendly. He knew his craft and explained the how's and why's to us. He wasn't pushy or trying to upsale us on things we didn't need. He even got us a couple discounts. This was our first experience with PlumbSmart They were recommended to us by our son, who has had good experiences with them As far as I can tell theyare honest and trustworthy and dependable.
Showed up early. Very nice and considerate of customer. Knowledge of system and/or offers alternative to unspecific affliction. Not preoccupied with escalating service call. Will call them again.
AC went down on a hot day. I called in and technician was at my house within an hour. Jeffery diagnosed the problem and fixed it quickly and provided ample explanation. Oddly the part that was installed was faulty and broke that same night. I called and the technician came right out and replaced it quickly no charge. Price was very reasonable and excellent service. I know my unit is old and will need replaced soon but there were no sales pitches. Will definitely use this company for future needs.
My shower was backing up into my other shower. I called a company out to take a look at the problem. Very nice and professional. At the end of their visit, I was quoted a price of $15,000 to fix the issue. Replacing pipes, digging up my bathroom and cutting a hole in my wall. Of course, I was going to get a second opinion. A friend of mine used PlumbSmart a while ago and suggested I call them. Jeremy was the technician who came out. Was on time, professional and took a look at what was going on. He spent over and hour snaking the pipes ( which the other company refused to do) He ended up clearing the clog and getting everything working again. He suggested I do a deep clean of the pipes, which I did. The entire job cost me $2,600. The job is guaranteed for 6 months. If something goes wrong, they’ll come back out for free. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company. They are honest, trustworthy and explained everything to me. These guys saved me from a great financial burden and gave me my house back. Ramiro Roman was the tech that came to our condo to address our air con unit not cooling our unit. Ramiro was professional in every aspect. He kept us updated throughout the process. He explained our options and next steps that would be recommended. The repair was completed in under 4 hours and we were back up and running. The close out and payment process was all done with Ramiro right on site which was impressive. We’d recommend Plumb Smart enthusiastically.
Had our kitchen counter top replaced, along with an upgraded sink and faucet, replaced. Our technician did an outstanding job, explaining the steps from start to finish. Completed in a time frame that was phenomenal. Cleaning up the counter, explaining care for our sink and faucet, and took away boxes, and debris.
Derick was awesome. He was friendly and finished the work quickly. He had a great attitude and work ethic and he showed up on time. I would definitely hire him again. Thank you Derick and plumb smart!

Company had given me a quote on another job I wanted done on my a/c. Called them a week later to do the work. Technician Thomas showed up again and finished the job in less than 30 minutes for 1/3 the estimate from another contractor. Outstanding company and will continue to have them handle my plumbing and hvac requirements.
Jeffrey was on time, friendly and approachable, informative, and most importantly honest! He explained what needed repaired and gave us great advice on how to fix the repair to save us a lot of money and taught us what to look for in the future to help prevent issues and to help maintain the life span on our AC unit. Jeremy did a thorough and professional job clearing a drain line pluggage in our home. He was on-time, very courteous and clearly explained the problem and the work required to fix it, including the expected cost. He also clearly explained what our options would be for a longer-term solution. The office personnel at Plumb Smart were very friendly and helpful in scheduling the work.
