This company is a joke, find a real HVAC company that will at least do professional work for the price. The owner of this place is only money hungry and should be ashamed
I had them install a brand new system a couple years ago. I paid $8000 to have it installed, and within six months it leaked and flooded my attic because they didn't install the drip pan properly under the condenser. Then, one year later, the drip pan completely rusted out and now has stained the outside of our house with the rust because they didn't hang the condenser properly and it's been dripping nonstop into the secondary drip pan. They will not do anything to make it right because it's been over one year, even though they have problems within the first six months. Now I'm spending another $1500 to have another company come out and fix their faulty installation. I would never use this company again!
We discovered a small duct leak in our outdoor utility closet above the HVAC unit. Aaron M. came by to repair the leak was done in ~30 min. I had several other questions and he explained them to me and checked our other air handlers to make sure they were not leaking. As usual North Wind Mechanical was on time, competent and professional. In the North Wind office, Ashley cheerfully handles your call and is always very responsive and really keeps you in the loop about the timing of the service call. I heartily recommend North Wind Mechanical as they have always diagnosed and solved my HVAC problems very quickly.

Northwind Mechanical is the most customer-friendly and responsive of any company with which I have dealt. From Mandie and Ashley in the office to Dave Greer, owner, and Donald, service representative, they all are the epitome' promptness, courtesy, efficiency, competency and concern for the customer. Above all, they are honest and trustworthy. But, I must recognize Donald, service representative, who performed his work at our home like a surgeon would a patient. Not as happy as I usually am with Northwind. Called up for a summer tune up 3 weeks ago, specifically mentioning one of my units was running hard. Tech said everything was good when they left, but I had to call out for a second visit because that unit was still running too hard and freezing up. New tech said it was 1 1/2 pounds low on freon. Something that should have been found the first visit. We're finally getting cold air again, so I'm happy, but my electric bill is going to be brutal because of a month of an almost constantly running unit.
North Wind Mechanical is very professional, honest and reasonable and unlike many HVAC companies that I've used in the past. They give you an honest evaluation and do not overcharge like so many. I use them personally and recommend them to all my real estate clients with absolute confidence.

Fantastic service! Came out on very short notice, got my AC unit up and running and made sure my other units were tuned up and ready to handle the heat!
I have used North Wind Mechanical now for years, both for our rental homes and our new build. They have always been extremely responsive and so accommodating and their quality of work is great! A special shout out to Justin who helped us out with last minute AC problems on a long weekend, service like this is so hard to find! I highly recommend this company, you won't be sorry.

We have NW Mech take care of all of our HVAC needs. New home installation, replacement in older home, and annual checkups. They always do a great job, clearly communicate findings when diagnosing an issue. I would recommend them for your HVAC needs.
Justin is very personable and honest. He's been to our house twice for different issues and he has taken care of our problems right away. He even came out on a Sunday when our AC wasn't blowing cool air. He takes the time to explain to you why the issue happened in the first place and ways to prevent it from happening again. It's refreshing to have a reliable company that can be trusted. They are reasonable on their prices too especially since we don't have a home warranty. I highly recommend them for any ac issues. Please call them with any questions or problems.
The oncall service tech, Shaun, did an excellent job and was both thorough and informative!
The technician, Shaun, was very professional, respectful and clearly explained what we needed to have done with our a/c unit. He was on time and took care to protect the flooring when inside our home. We would use this company again and especially request Shaun.
My ac was blowing hot air. I called Northwind Mechanical to see what was wrong. The technician found the unit was low on refrigeration. He charged my unit and now it’s running great.
Shaun was on-time and did a great job! We had an old system that he was able to analyze and advise on the steps to upgrade. He recommended what would be the best value and efficient for our home. Will call North Wind Mechanical the next time we need any HVAC service.
