Excellent Service!!! Dan was very professional, showed me issues and gave me options. Smooth transaction. Extremely pleased with the fast response time for service call... within an hour!!! That's almost unheard of!
Service is great. Angel was courteous and was done servicing our unit in good time.
Norris Air did a excellent job. The technician Angel did and excellent job. Was very friendly and was very knowledgeable. I would recommend him (Angel) and Norris Air. Excellent Service.
Very honest amd knowledgeable. Great work and fast. Loved the service.
Routine service seems to keep arguing at working very well.
Quick and helpful
I had Norris Air service my a/c and was very pleased with the service. I especially found their tech, Darien, to be very knowledgeable. He explained things clearly and showed me two damaged parts that he was able to replace. I will definitely use them again.
In January 2023 I called Norris Air to check my heater as I was not getting any heat in my home only cold air coming out of vents. The tech told me the pipes were frozen as we have had some cold mornings in Mesa Arizona. About a month later I called again with the same problem since it had warmed up a little but I would have to pay another $99.00. I waited and today I called again March 28, 2023 and again ask to come check the same problem but they would charge me another $99.00. I am 80 years old and live on a fix income and since January Norris Air will not come to my home to check the problem. The person at Norris Air told me there must be another problem we’ll if that was the case then why did not the tech find it the first time. I think she told me that because she wanted me to think that it was another problem well that did not make sense. I am going to call another company and see if there diagnoses is the same. This company does not honor there customers and charging customers over and over for the same problem. Think twice before committing services to Norris Air in Mesa, Arizona. I am very satisfied with the results from Norris Air.
Norris Air came to our park model in Queen Valley to check our ac unit they put in on 2014. They would not honor the warranty because we are not the original owners who bought the unit. The tech put more freon in our unit for 600 dollars. He said we needed a new unit. We left t own for the summer. When we got back in October the unit was not working. We had more freon put in by someone else. Just had another check done by another company this last Wednesday said or warranty on the unit is good until 2024 and they would honor it. We will never call Norris again!
They didnt stock the part I needed but were helpful to send me to where I could get it. And that worked for me. Accomadating and friendly staff.
Norris Air takes good care of their customers and my local technicians Dan and Darien are very competent in what they do.
Best company all around, local buisness with great customer service, friendly. I have referred my neighbors to Norris Air because they know how to care of their customers
We like Norris Air and have used them for the past 18 years on multiple homes. The service has always been fair, prompt and friendly. Our usual serviceman Dan provides us exceptional service. However, our prior home did challenge their Service Policy. We needed some adjustments to the ductwork under the Manufactured Home. After the service, we felt it still wasnt delivering adequate cooling to all rooms in the house. They stepped up and sent two men out to make some adjustments and didnt charge us. They stood behind their work, and thats why we continue to use Norris. I read some past reviews about them being high-priced... but I believe with Arizona Contractors... you get what you pay for. My neighbor just had Norris replace their A/C system per my recommendation and was very satisfied with their work crew and speedy installation. Cheers, Bruce and Kathy Ames
About 2 months ago our AC went out of a Friday evening (113 that weekend), but I was able to get a call to Norris Air prior to their closing. The sent a tech out the next morning and after troubleshooting, the AC was kaput (it was 20 years old). They were able to get an AC and get it installed early Tuesday morning. The techs were nice, informed and worked quickly. However, they didn't do a great job of cleaning up and putting patio furniture back where they found it. I really shouldn't complain, they were a little rushed to get to the next job, kind of squeezed me in. I only mention it because you may want to make a point of asking them to put everything back and remove all of their trash. It's been working great and definitely quieter than my 2 neighbors. It also seem pretty energy efficient. Although I wasn't in a position to compare pricing, the fact they came out quickly, did a great job, and installed was appears to be a great AC, is why I gave them 5 Stars.
Norris installed a new AC and the installers were very professional and did an excellent job. Expensive but quality work. However, Norris advertised a free ecobee thermostat with installation in June and after we called they delivered and installed it for free.
I took advantage of a coupon in a Norris Air flyer for an Air Conditioner Check-up. I purchased a home with a 17 year old a/c unit. The Technician checked the entire system, clearly pointing out where the system was worn out, explained that the unit and parts are outdated and recommended replacement. The Technician wrote a detailed quote. I elected to follow the Technician’s direction and was able to schedule replacement within two days of the Check-up. Two Technicians showed-up at my house a half hour early at 8:30am. They installed the unit, upgraded the ductwork, installed a new thermostat, “educated” me the best they could, and I was “chilling” before Noon. Everyone who I spoke with at Norris Air and the Technicians are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. And the future follow-up that comes with the deal is MOST impressive. A pleasant experience.
Your company is a big rip off tried charging 8200 an said the ac unit needed all this stuff when I got another co who had it running in no time for 700. an 20 less for a service call. No thank you big money rip off.
These guys worked effectively and efficiently despite high temperatures outside to install my new AC unit. Very professional!Highly recommended!
New AC installed in 2015 through Norris Air with a 10 year extended parts and labor warranty. Call Norris Air they say that when the warranty is transferred it drops to a 5 yr warranty even though it doesn’t say that anywhere in the paperwork. They tell me to contact Johnson Controls. Johnson Controls says no it’s still a 10 yr warranty but they don’t show that it’s transferred like Norris Air. So between the two company’s they have admitted to the warranty being 10 years even if transferred and that’s it’s been transferred but are each using a different excuse to not honor the warranty. So just shady business practices IMO
My mother and grandmother have used Norris air for years without a problem. Unfortunately I haven’t had the same experience. My husband and I purchased a new AC and heating unit from them 2 years ago and they installed it incorrectly. They had to come out 3 times in the weeks following the install because unit leaked out all of its Freon and it was pouring water from the side of the hour and it took multiple visits for them to fix these issues. (Also, this unit was supposed to be more efficient than the 10 year old unit I had prior but our electric bill I. The summer is the same if not a little higher than before) when winter hit the heating unit they installed didn’t work. (They did admit to me that the unit was originally installed incorrectly) Now today I woke up at 8:30am and no cold air again... it looks like another from leak... I am having to pay 89 dollars each time they come out to fix an issue that was caused by incorrect installation.. As of October 2021 my unit which has received regular maintenance since purchased and installed in May 2018 through Norris now needs to be replaced. We paid Norris almost 10k and 3 1/2 years later are needing an entirely new unit. Norris also wanted $1650 dollars to fill my unit with Freon after it leaked due to a burst outdoor coil. My unit only hold 7.5 pounds of Freon. So they would have been charging me $220 per pound for the Freon. The going rate for Freon refill where I live is $90-$120 per pound on a recharge after checking with multiple contractors. I received 2 second opinions and received confirmation that my unit was improperly installed by Norris and led to my units failure after only 3 1/2 years. I have had issues with this unit since the 1st month it was installed and Norris repeatedly minimized the issues and never corrected the bad install. Please save yourself a lot of stress and money and go with someone other than Norris Air. We basically flushed 10k down the toilet that we could have really used and ev
