Marco came out and took care of our unit for us. Made it run properly by cleaning what needed to be cleaned and tested the heat to make sure it was running properly. He sent us photos of what he did and ensured us he’d return for future services. Thank you Marco!
Didnt catch the name of the gentlemen but he came to S nielson st. On 9-20-22 around 6:30 pm and had the A/C back up and running before we even started sweating! Stayed and made sure it was properly cooling and made sure we were taken care of! Great Job!
The support ticket was made and I had a call within 20 minutes asking if I was available for them to swing by less than 30 minutes later. The tech fixed the issue very quickly and got the ac blowing cold again
We highly recommend Neptune’s Cooling and Heating. Our AC broke on a Saturday morning and Marcos was at our house within two hours and had our AC up and running within the hour. Great prices and great people to work with! Thank you Neptune’s Cooling and Heating!

I called the company because my heater was not working and Joey arrived within two hours and was able to find the problem and fixed it within the hour. Very honest and respectful will be my go to company form now on!
