Great company, professional & helpful on the phone! Needed to service Heat & Glow dual fireplace before sale of home. Lucked out by getting an appointment that had cancelled, David was right on time, answered all questions (we had a lot of questions)! The fireplace looks amazing & ready for its new owner. Thanks for a super experience at a fair price!
Just don't buy a Trane. Jason was great. No problems with him. Totally hate this HVAC unit. Thank you for responding. Jason worked hours on our "new" Trane. 12/20/22 They did a maintenance check up. That we paid for. Said we needed a $3,000 + part. That's about half of what the stupid unit cost. With all the repairs we have spent on this new unit, we could of bought another. Everytime Magic Touch comes,, something is needed. We refused it, it seems to be fine to us. So far have heard nothing from magic touch, not even a " how'd we do" questionnaire. Hmmm. Last check up 5/23 Again, please don't ever buy Trane. We could of bought 3 if we had paid for all the repairs that were suggested. Guess now we'll keep our fingers crossed and hope. To bad we didn't call one of these TV stations for help, to investigate. Trane definitely sent us a bad AC.
We had our seasonal AC check yesterday. The appointment was scheduled, I received texts to let me know when the Tech was to arrive. Arrive on time he did. Richard, our Technician is a seasoned professional. I'm a retired HVAC/R business owner. I can say without reservation that Richard is amongst the top Technician's I've ever had dealings with. He's client sensitive, knows his trade and communicates his findings patiently and thoroughly. It's tough to find Technician's of this caliber. This company is outstanding. You really need to be doing business with Magic Touch.

Sharon was AMAZING!! She was the 7th tech to come out and was the only one that was willing to go up on the roof and fix my issue the other tech were MEN!!!!! Don’t tell me women can’t do anything!!!!! It took. WOMEN to come out and get up there!! Amazing work!!!!!

We had some poor experience with other HVAC companies, but you have restored my faith in the HVAC industry. You guys rock! Lucas came out today for general maintenance, upstairs coil cleaning, and to fix a couple of things on our condenser unit. He was very professional and knowledgeable. If you are looking for HVAC service or install in the Phoenix area my heart goes out to you. Having different companies giving us estimates was a like dealing with sharks on a used car sale's lot. This was not the case with Magic Touch. We had six estimates including the so-called biggest and best names in the business, and of all these mid to large-sized companies Magic Touch had the best price by 15-40%. They are willing to work with you on price and different instal options to suit your budget and they are EXPERTS. I know they all say they are, but these guys actually are. They pointed out things that other estimators missed or were not even aware of (I verified everything afterward.) Bart is especially attentive and flexible to work with, bringing great knowledge and care that is a credit to his professions. Rich Morgan writes a great blog that I actually read because it is well written with truly useful information. We look forward to using this company in the future and I would not hesitate to hire them to replace my rental or a parent's unit in the future.
Lucas trouble shot our large beehive propane fireplace. It needed to be purged and pilot lit. I also wanted a quote for an electronic igniter. After he purged the system he patiently showed me how to light the pilot and then provided me with requested quote. He was on time and professional and a pleasure to meet.
Excellent job from Lucas! Very friendly and answered all our questions. Got our in-attic filters swapped out and we're all set till next time!

Once again a “BIG” thank you to Lucas Starks, from Magic Touch Mechanical! Lucas is a very detailed, reliable, honest, knowledgeable, professional top notch AC technician. He found yet another big problem the previous AC company install incorrectly. The motor shaft was bent and blower wheel was off balance. Good thing it’s still under warranty. Lucas lets you know exactly what he is fixing and shows you what kind of problems he finds. He’s is highly recommendable! I also want to thank Jerome and his staff for helping me schedule Lucas to come and work on my AC. I will ask for him for all my maintenance and ac services. It’s a great feeling when you find a good honest knowledgeable top notch AC technician. :) happy customer.
I don't even live in the same state as this business and I am giving them a 5 star review simply for the sheer amount of education via their posts. I'm in Las Vegas. The information on cutting edge VRV/ VRF heat pumps and comparisons have become extremely valuable researching my future AC installation. Vegas seems to be behind Phoenix. Thanks for the valuable info.

I was searching for information about a faulty gas fireplace and found their blog. They provided helpful information and I would definitely use them if they had a branch in San Diego!
Great work by Tatum, Dillan, and Denton. Could not be happier with the way the GSZC18 Goodman Heat Pump install went. A lot of attention went into arranging my ducts for optimal performance.
Bart the Project Manager from Magic Touch came over and taught us a lot about ac/heat pump units, went over details of the units they offer and what and how they do things. He gave us an about estimate and was on his way no pressure at all. Got the quotes in an email before the end of day. Got two other quotes from different companies that seemed the same in what they offer and do except their prices were a couple grand over and they were trying to pressure us into a sale at that moment. One played the old we can match the other guys deal if you send us a line by line estimate, but why not just offer honest prices up front instead of trying to gouge the customer. Of course we went with Magic Touch and could not be happier. Dylan, Taden and Devon showed up on time, kept me informed the whole time, worked like a well oiled machine as well as professional and kind. When you spend a big chunk of money on something you want to feel well taken care of and Magic Touch did just that.
I have a gas fireplace, it has not worked properly for long time. Jason diagnosed a faulty wall switch. The fire place is working great.
I used magic touch for a fireplace diagnostic/repair. I don’t normally take the time to post reviews but the whole experience of working with them, from making an appointment to the service received at the appointment, was fantastic. Everything was easy for me, which is how it should be but so many times is not. They were professional and courteous. They communicated clearly and took their time to answer my questions. 10/10 would use again!
Lucas Stark, technician for Magic Touch, arrived to perform an inspection on the Bosch units installed last year. A good and energetic teacher, he provided an informative overview of what and how he’d check our two units. His inspection was thorough and complete. In addition, he was a delight to speak with.
Rich Morgan’s blog on “Gas Fireplace Won’t Stay Lit” was excellent. It was extremely informative and the added pictures were very helpful. I was able to troubleshoot my issue without calling in a professional (issue was a dirty thermocouple). I wasn’t getting the details I needed from a YouTube video. Thanks for the great help!
