Cameron is the man! I came back from a few days away to find my AC not working. I first called that "monkey" place, didn't feel comfortable with what they said or offered so I called John's after reading the many great Google reviews, glad I did! I didn't need a new unit or 4k in parts as first suggested, Cameron got me up and running the same day vs 2-3 days. He spent a good hour on the roof in 113° heat, those other "primates" were up there 10min, then tried to sell me a new unit for 21k, always read the reviews, I hope to see Cameron when my 6 month inspection comes up, a pleasure to deal with.
Damian was friendly, thorough, and helpful in his recommendations and explaining what issues we were looking at.
Saul was very efficient in repairing our AC. He worked quickly and professionally to get us cooled off.

Saul from John’s refrigeration came out today to do a 6 month service inspection of our unit. And like always Saul did a great job of letting me know what condition the unit is in and any repairs that may need addressing in the future. We’ve used them for years now, and can always count on them for prompt and honest service.
Noah had a pleasant and friendly demeanor. He took the time to explain his findings after inspecting my two units and did so in a way that was easily understandable. Thanks again.
We have been using John’s Heating and Cooling for over three years and we have only had good experiences with their service. It is their employees demeanor and expertise that really make the difference. Like Jason S. who just came out to do a regular summer inspection and cleaning of our A/C unit and he went above and beyond to make sure everything was done right, understood what was done, and we were happy with how our unit was working. John's has been in business for multiple decades. My dad used them for our A/C needs when I was a kid. I'm 50 now and when I have an issue with my A/C, I call John's, every time. When I call John's their office staff always answers the phone quickly, listens to me explain my A/C needs and always gets a tech scheduled fast. Their techs are always on time, professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Noah, one of John's technicians, was at my home today diagnosing an issue. He found the problem quickly, explained the issue and was able to replace my faulty thermostat immediately. Their communication with their customers is second to none whether it's in person, over the phone or via text message / email notifications. As far as I'm concerned, John's is simply the best there is, when it comes to A/C. Thank you to the John's team for being excellent at what you do.

Technician was pleasant , knowledgeable, and professional. Did a diagnostic of the outside unit and discussed his findings with me. Found nothing out of the ordinary and put my mind at ease. Cameron can do work for me anytime. I think he could use a raise.
I looked around to find a company that I could sign an annual contract with and I am SOO GLAD I chose John's Heating & Cooling!! Jason came out to my house on Saturday and performed an AC preventative service so I don't have to be concerned through the summer. He was extremely Professional and very knowledgeable. He discussed the system results with me and offered options to maintain the life of my system. I would DEFINITIELY recommend them!

I dealt with both Damian and Shawn recently and both went above and beyond to work with me, made sure I understood what they needed to do/work required etc. Gave me several options. Everyone was so professional and nice. I would highly recommend them if you need AC work.
Noah was great - friendly, helpful, knowledgeable. He walked through everything on the inspection and shared relevant photos. The cost was reasonable. I had no issues and would be happy to use and refer their services for future maintenance work.

I'm so glad I found these guys! We had been having an intermittent issue with our compressor for over a year. I spoke with a service manager and explained the situation. Noah came out and was awesome! He was very thorough and spent the time to explain what he was seeing and how we should address the issue. I feel so much better going into another summer knowing we no longer have to worry about the problem. The communication from the company from beginning to end was great. I appreciate how professional and competent these guys are!
Our water heater is prone to clogging and spewing water where it should not be (e.g., the floor). We've routinely gone to John's Heating for repairs and maintenance (for routine HVAC maintenance as well) and they've never let us down. They've always gotten someone to our place in a reasonable time and their people have always been highly friendly, professional/knowledgeable and efficient. Very good at explaining the importance (or lack) of various possible replacements or repairs and, particularly, explaining actions we can take to avoid future repairs. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

Very polite and on time service techs. They leave my home clean (no footprints or trash left behind) and thoroughly explain what was done to the unit, to include photographs. I really appreciate Saul's ability to care for my AC/ heating unit. Update (6/5/23): after reporting a small leak in the unit, Saul was able to repair it and perform routine maintenance. All services were professional.
