Joel was knowledgeable and honest .I was able to describe my issue to him over the phone and he determined what the most likely cause was and replaced the part I needed .It was in july so i needed the A/C working .badly.Even though he was already fully booked for the day he was still there for me, performing the work on his way home. It was around 9:30 / 10 30 at night after an already long day he made sure I wouldn't suffer through another day with no A/C. Thank You Joel
A couple years ago our 20 year old AC died, in the heat of early july. Found Mr Jeffers by way of google maps. Locally owned and self-operated is why I chose him. After first visit to size things up, he brought out a couple guys to install in-attic air handler and furnace while he installed outside compressor stuff. ALL WORKS GREAT at a very reasonable price. Replacing the OLD dead ac cut our electric bill by a third. A couple years later now. I've had a few people up in the attic for running electric circuits and other similar type stuff. Even though our HVAC system is working well. I have been in the storage area of our attic and have concern that some of the service people who has been up there may have damaged the ductwork. I made the mistake of calling one of those SRP rated duct repair companies (rebates). They wanted to give me an estimate to scrap the whole duct system and new install as well as push other 'whole home' improvements. I just wanted some maintenence on the existing ducts. I looked up Mr Jeffers again. Mr Jeffers came out, inspected, found mostly to be in good working order, with a couple small isolated tears and a couple seams/joints loose. He patched the small tears and resealed the seams/joints. Less than an hour to inspect and less than an hour to make needed repairs. I paid him more than he asked because Honest Men doing Honest Work should be properly thanked and rewarded. Again, Thank You Mr Jeffers
They came out on a Saturday to fix our AC unit with the temperature outside at 106. They worked ion our unit for several hours and never gave up until it was up and running! Reasonably priced for the work they put into our unit! What a blessing they were to us, not sure what we would of done! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts. We had no luck with other AC company’s we called prior to them, they never called back. Jeff answered his cell right away and came out within a hour to fix our AC, they both gave up their date nights for us! That is dedication to customer service. Jeff and his co-worker will be the first we call if we ever have to have our AC unit fixed in the future. Thank you guys! You made our year! We appreciate you so much!!

Joel installed our new air conditioning system when we lived in Gold Canyon a few years ago. So, it was natural to give him a call for service in our Chandler home. We needed our master bedroom, master bathroom, toilet and dressing room ducts redesigned because of inadequate air flow. He replaced an inefficient duct network with a better system and provided enhanced registers to distribute the air. His work was excellent, price was as quoted, and was prompt and professional. Joel is an exceptionally knowledgeable, personable, professional and honest representative of the HVAC industry. He doesn’t try to pressure you into purchasing anything you don’t need, answers any question or concerns you may have and has virtually all five star ratings on Google, Angies’ List, Home Advisor and the BBB. Joel and his team (Alex and Matt) were punctual, did a fantastic job of removing our old heat pump, installing the new one and cleaning up the site in a much shorter timeframe than I thought it would take. They demonstrated complete respect for our property and our safety in these COVID-19 times as my wife requires oxygen 24/7. We could not be more pleased and thankful!! I should also mention that I obtained 9 estimates from four HVAC companies - Joel beat all of the other estimates by $2500 for comparable heat pump systems! We can’t rate or recommend him highly enough!! Thank you Joel, Matt and Alex!!!
I highly recommend this gentleman and this business as he went out of his way to repair my heater the day after Christmas. He was excellent at explaining the system and the problem he found. You are making a mistake not calling this company first. Fantastic job and will I will be using this company again.

Joel Jeffers has serviced our AC for years. We are original owners and our AC lasted 25 years before needing to be replaced this week due to Jeffers Air Conditioning and Heating. Joel’s team are hard working, dependable, timely, conscientious as well as clean up after themselves! Joel is personable and is very fair in pricing. We literally paid almost half of what we had researched to replace our Seer 14/ 5 ton Train AC unit. If you need an AC man Joel Jeffers is the right one!
