We have used Fusion Air for the lat few years to service our a/c and this year we needed a new unit due to a leak. It was installed quickly and everything was great. I would definitely recommend.

The house we were purchasing needed 3 new HVAC systems. The Fusion Air team was very responsive, and competitively priced. We had a minor issue with one of the units (from the factory), Fusion Air responded quickly to get it corrected. I would recommend!

I called Fusion Air when we had a AC issue at 11:30 pm. I left a message asking for an appointment as early as possible. Edmond was at my front door at 6:25 am. He was very professional he found the issue and had cool air flowing before he left. The pricing was very competitive. I highly recommend Fusion Air.

Bill showed up on time and did an inspection of my A/C unit. He gave me a reasonable quote to fix the issues and explained the services to me carefully. Fusion Air recently replaced my aging HVAC unit. I am meticulous about things, and I am very impressed by the quality of work done at my house. Edmund and his team were a pleasure to deal with, they showed up on time and completed the job as promised. The installation was very detailed, which I was glad about and the price was more than fair. It has been few months and the new unit is working flawlessly.

It was 118 degrees today and our ac stopped working. Called the team at fusion air and with in 1.5 hours they were at our house and 1 hour later our ac was up and working again. No extra service charge or “rush” fee. It’s nice to work with a company that takes customer service seriously! We highly recommend Fusion Air!
Edmund came out an examine our condenser unit. He noted that it was low on Freon, and recommended a capacitor change. He was not pushy in terms of his recommendation - just simply stated his observations and gave his recommendations for when to change. All in all, he was timely and professional. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for an honest a/c company!

I called Edmond on a recommendation from a close friend. My air conditioner has been freezing up for the last few years when it was pushed hard. I have had several "yearly maintenance" people look at it, yet they all said it was working normally and might just be getting old. None of them were anywhere near as good at diagnosing and fixing as Fusion air. Within 15 minutes of him looking and fixing it, the compressor quieted down and was working much more smoothly. I can already tell the house is being cooled more efficiently than before as it is cooling down faster. I have been in the construction industry for over 35 years and really appreciate when i find a professional that I can heartily recommend.

I would recommend Fusion Air for any project, big or small. They are the most reliable and trustworthy company I've ever worked with. I got a quote from 3 different heating and cooling companies and Fusion Air was the only company to accurately and honestly diagnose the problem with my AC and fix it quick. Each of the other companies either lied about what was wrong, or tried to up sell me on additional services I didn't need. The owner even personally came out to my house on a holiday, in the middle of the summer, (4th of July) when my AC went out. I've sent all of my friends, family, and coworkers to Fusion Air and all have been very satisfied customers. Fusion's commitment to honest service and very fair prices, is the main reason they are the best heating and cooling business in Arizona. Give them a try. You won't be disappointed.
