Horrible experience!!! We waited a week to have them come out in the middle of summer to repair our AC unit that was not working. Our home was 92 inside. Technician came and left reporting nothing was wrong, but never checked to ensure the air was functioning. The AC is still not working and they refused to send anyone back out again. Worst customer service we have ever experienced with a company.
Cody K. was our technician who came out when our diahwasher wouldnt drain. He was very professional, and super nice. He let my dogs love on him and watch him as he worked. He found out that whoever installed the garbage disposal on our rental didn't set it up right to drain the dishwasher. He fixed it all up and got it done super fast. Very impressed with his service. Will definitely be using Felix in the future and requesting Cody.
If I could give 10 stars, I would. The defrost drain of my freezer clogged up, causing a leak in my refrigerator and so I placed a message to several companies on Yelp and Felix was the only company to reply. We scheduled for Gary to come out between 1-3 on Tuesday. Gary called me on Tuesday and said he could come earlier than that if it was OK. Gary showed up at 12. He quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it in under 30 minutes! The cost was a lot less than I expected and Gary said he was confident with what was causing the issue that he warrantied the repair for a year. I can't believe that there is a company like Felix today that gets things done for all the right reasons. Thank you Gary so much for all of your help. He was honest, hard working, quick and efficient. I will definitely use Felix again in the future. Felix, you're going in my contacts in my phone!
Kurt came by to check out my fridge's issue with the Ice machine not working. He was very straightforward and honest with his diagnosis (which I appreciated as I knew what the issue was before I had called). I have never called a company like this before but I am surprised at the honesty provided by the techs. Kurt was very polite and friendly. Much appreciated and will call again if anything comes up.

We have had our washer broken for over two months, a different company has been coming and changing all different parts and they still couldn’t figure out what the problem was. Felix appliance had Kevin come on over and within a couple of minutes fixed our washer!!!!! Thank you so much Kevin!!! We will definitely only be using Felix appliance from now on!
Last week we had Kurt stop by to help repair our fridge that had stopped working. After taking a look at our fridge he took the time to explain what might be going on. A short while later he had identified the issue and gave us a quote. The price was very reasonable and he was able to repair the fridge without having to make a second appointment. It's been several days now and our fridge is working great. We were happy to have a knowledgeable tech, who was able to quickly resolve our issue, at a reasonable price.
Joey came to fix our ice maker and clogged drain, he was very informative and kind explaining what was broken and why. He even went above and beyond and helped clean out behind the freezer drawer! He was prompt and efficient, would recommend to friends for sure.

Based on their high ratings I called Felix Appliance to look at my oven which was experiencing runaway temperatures. Stephanie set up an appointment with their tech, Joey, for the very next day. Joey was on time. He was personable and professional. He identified the problem almost immediately and recommended a solution. We agreed and the very next day Joey was back with the needed part, installed it, and the oven is again working as it should. Felix Appiance and Joey are the best appliance repair people I have worked with. I would highly recommend you use them, too.
We have used Felix appliance repair for about 1.5 - 2 years, there was nothing but good things to say until about the last 6 months. When we began using Felix, the owner, Robert would come out to service my large complexes appliances in a very timely, professional manner with great quality work. However, as time went on his small business, humble attitude seem to quickly change once they became "busier" and what I can only assume more lucrative business attitude. It went from a 1-2 day turn around to a 4-7 with no communication as to when they would arrive to complete our work orders, work quality degraded significantly, with just glued on, broken parts from the tech that was coming out. When confronted with an email saying we need time frames, so i can make arrangements or find something else in a timely manner as my residents don't care to go a week without a washer, as would anybody. I received a call that informed me that, they are just extremely busy, but would not be able to service my community any longer. So when they get called out on their poor performance, expect to no longer get service from their company.
