Kevin was absolutely amazing. I was recommended to go with Cool Quest from a friend when my AC broke last night. I called at 7am today and by 10:30am my AC was fixed and running smoothly. He gave advice on how to keep this from happening so quickly in the future and was friendly and professional. And the cost was not high for the service and timing. I would definitely recommend them in the future to friends and family.

I have had a overall great experience with Cool Quest...I felt though that the charge for finding a problem should be credited as part of the cost of repairing the problem...I think that charging the customer for seeking out the problem...and if the part is not available...it seems excessive to me to charge again for going out again and no credit given toward finishing the job...Charging $140 to find the problem and then charging another service charge for the same problem...I don't think is fair...
We have used cool quest multiple tubes and they have always been fast, friendly and fair priced. They are upfront and honest and get the issues fixed the first time! Great company to work with!
This is one of the best HVAC companies in the valley. Customer Service is always A+ and their crew is always knowledgeable, prompt and polite. They are my go-to for all my HVAC needs. It all starts from the top and the owner of the company is the best of the best.
Technician was experienced and honest with recommendations. I also had my air ducts cleaned and they were very professional and explained the process.

An excellent business, dedicated to the service of their clients with timely and quality repairs. We have known Kevin Tussing (Owner) for over a decade now, ever since he first installed an A/C unit in our pool-house. Kevin and his employee's have always been a trustworthy and reliable bunch, making what can be an uncomfortable situation easier to bear. Our most recent transaction took place just prior to the start of spring 2018. Towards the end of summer 2017, one of the A/C units began to fail. It was an older model which serviced one side of the house for over twenty years. The timing could not have been worse and instead of Cool Quest pushing for a new unit swap immediately, they made some adjustments to ensure the unit would survive the rest of the summer, giving us until the end of winter to get our finances in order. They never charged for the minor repairs and worked with us in every way possible to get the new unit installed. An excellent business, providing superior customer service and reasonable pricing. Great communication, quick service, honest & hard working techs. Very pleased with Kevin at Cool Quest and would highly recommend. We were told to spend more money by other A/C companies and Kevin was upfront with us and told us the pros & cons to fixing our compressor or replacing a 17 year old unit. His help in explaining our options and offering a very fair and competitive price is why we used Cool Quest.
