Very impressed they squeezed us in during this busy time and fixed our unit
They were prompt and very accommodating.
My air conditioning was not cooling under 80 degrees, I called Wednesday after hours and had a tech to my house Thursday afternoon. Gilbert was knowledgeable and friendly. He was quick to find the issue and even showed me the part he replaced and described how it's supposed to work. It was a great pleasure to use convenient home services.

Convenient was great! They scheduled an estimate without delay, started work quickly after we accepted the estimate, and worked with me to make sure I got all applicable rebates. They thoroughly explained the work to be done. They arrived on time, the crew started work promptly and they left the house clean. The office staff is professional and they communicated with me every step of the way!! Definitely 5 start service!

AC.was old and needed and needed replacing they came out at 5 am with 5 guys that replaced the unit outside and in the attic.and we're done before noon
WOW!! Service was excellent. Paul was great setting up schedule/ repairs. Christ and Team are very professional. The new air duct works as it should, all rooms are now getting air and is very comfortable. With the new insulation, house is holding temp and Heater/AC is not running as much. We are very pleased with the services provided by "Convenient Home Services". Paul, who managed the project, as well as several secretaries we dealt with were all courteous and responsive to our questions, concerns, and our scheduling requests. The gentlemen who performed the work, which was accomplished very recently in the heat of the summer" were very friendly, hard-working and were conscientious regarding the homeowner’s property and were meticulous in covering items below the work area to prevent overflow of insulation onto personal property and they cleaned up promptly when they had completed the project. Overall, we are pleased with Convenient Home Services and their affiliated company and would particularly like to thank the servicemen who came to our home to provide the service, namely, Uriel and Luis. We would recommend this company to those seeking the services that they provide and we would use them for future projects without hesitation.

Convenient Home Services is now and will always be our A/C & Heating company. On May 12th, they came to our house to repair the A/C coolant line that had been damaged by another company at my house repairing a plumbing line. Within 2 1/2 hours of calling the office and speaking with Paul, James and a member of his crew were at our house to inspect the damage and decided right then and there to repair the coolant line so we would not be without our A/C for any longer than we'd already been. We've been customers of Convenient for 16 years but even this service was way above and beyond any service we've received during this time. Do yourself a favor and call Convenient Home Services the next time you need help with anything related to your home, but especially your heating and cooling system. They are just an all around amazing company to do business with. Thanks, Paul, James and all your crews!

Convenient Home Services was a SRP referral to perform an energy audit. The audit was very thorough and identified a variety of existing issues and enhancements including replacement of an aging heat pump. Every member of their team was patient, professional, courteous and punctual! We would highly recommend them!
You know the old saying "A real class act"? Well let me tell you, Paul Gloria (the operations manager) is TRULY a class act. In a situation I myself was to blame, Paul maintained a perfectly professional demeanor and handled himself better than I probably would have in his shoes. Admitting I was wrong does not come easy but I am so impresses with Paul's demeanor I have no choice but to tell everyone in Arizona. Convenient Home Services is a great company and I recommend them to everybody.
The gentleman named Paul when I called is was very helpful on getting me the service. I needed he did his best to get an ac tech to my home at the last minute. He also put a rush on getting me a new unit for my home. When the technician came to install my unit and came for the emergency call he was beyond polite and knew his stuff. His name was Pedro. I would highly recommend this company great people, great knowledge and extremely kind and put their customer as priority
