Dao was very helpful, the whole process was very easy and fast!
The sales person seemed frustrated and had someone else help me. I started to go somewhere else. He didn't even acknowledge me or say thank you at the end he just dissapeared that's not good business.
Dominic was fast, friendly, and easy to communicate with. In and out with my laptop in 30 minutes.

This is the 3rd purchase we have made at the Mesa, Az Conn's location. Each time, better than the previous one. The representative that assisted me, Mike Ayala, could not have been more helpful. He answered every question I had, and assisted me in getting exactly what I needed. I really wish other companies would take a page out of Conn's Customer Service playbook. We'll be back again. Please come pick up your refrigerator. You didn't want to negotiate my cousin's debt, my cousin's sister's husband was willing to payoff $2,200 in a single lump sum. Conn's immediately wanted almost double of agreed price. Zero room for negotiation.

Heaven was very thoughtful and considerate while helping me. She wasn’t pushy at all and that is something I truly appreciate. She gave us the space to look around without hovering over us. Dominic is a nice guy but I’m so disappointed that he told me to sign documents without explaining to me about additional payments if you want to because the customer from American first finance explained it to be so it’s a options for you to choose . I call just now to close it off with the 3 months period. I have to paid addition of $300 more. I was planning to go back at the store but I will never. I do this at other stores but there’s no addition payment so I think it’s the same thing so I go ahead and sign because previous store explain to me along the way, but it’s will be fine. Trying to reach out to the store with the email they provide in their reply message but email is not found. It's fine because I will paid the $300 .
