I have service with another group, but they weren't available to help on the weekend because of some extenuating circumstances, so I found comfort experts. They were able to come out the same day, so that was good. They also got the unit back up and running, which is great. The reason for the three stars is because they charged me for an hour and a half of labor instead of just an hour. I didn't scrutinize it very closely when I paid the bill, but afterwards I went back to see when they actually arrived, and it was exactly at 2:30 p.m. He finished with his work a little before 3:30, and then was doing some paperwork for about 10 minutes. He actually left my house at 3:40. So, definitely not an hour and a half. Also, I happened to have the spare fuse that was needed for the replacement, since it was the same repair needed this time that was done previously by my other group, and I purchased a pack of two fuses on that previous occasion. So, just for labor of one and a half hours, I paid $202. An hourly rate of about $130. If I had not had the part, I imagine I would have had to pay $100 or so for that as well.
Our A/C went out tonight we had Ryan Cronstorm come out and he was professional, great customer service highly recommended. We will be using comfort experts for any of our HVAC services.

Having your a/c quit this time of the year really sucks but Garrett was early to the appt and explained what he was doing. He gave me some good tips and advice which was much appreciated. I do have one very big complaint regarding pricing. I had a $45 thermostat installed and was charged $350. The product on the invoice was not the one installed. I called for an explanation but did not get anything that made sense.
They installed a c wire for my nest thermostat! He was on time early and called to ask if it was ok, he hooked up c wire and made sure it worked! He was very friendly and knowledgable, I would hire again if ever needed
Ryan and his team do great work. I’ve used them for preventive maintenance, repairs, and unit replacement at commercial buildings I manage and Comfort Experts maintains my home AC unit as well. Excellent pricing too.
The tech clearly was extremely helpful knowledge and very helpful. I felt like I was in good hands. He quickly diagnosed the issue and provided several options to remedy the problem. I would definitely use the company again. I have their number on my fridge. Great job guys and especially the tech his day was busy but he took the time to explain things and show me things.

Comfort experts installed a new system in 2020 and have provided annual maintenance 3 times now. Each call has been a positive experience, keeping the unit running great.
They are respectful, knowledgeable, and effective. The technicians were willing to explain everything in as much detail as I wanted, and they made good recommendations to help prolong the life of the A/C unit. I know exactly who to call for all my AC needs.

We have used Az Comfort Specialists for an Ac install & regular maintenance on our home in Chandler. The Trane ac unit has been fantastic and reliable, but more than that Jay has been a trusted professional for one of our most crucial & expensive components in our home. Az summers can be brutal, but with Arizona Comfort Specialists you can relax and stay cool in the summer and warm in the winter. Very responsive—they called me back literally within seconds of submitting an online request. They were able to come that same day. Connor was the tech who showed up and was very cooperative and concise. Turns out I just had a blown fuse, but he also let me know of some other issues that may be on the horizon. He didn’t pressure me at all though to upsell those services. I’m in a condo unit and can’t access my roof so he also texted me some photos of the AC unit so I can see what it looks like. All in all a good experience with Comfort Experts.
Comfort Experts installed a new A/C unit and air handling system. They explained everything they were going to do, were very professional, and cleaned everything up when they were done. We are very happy with our decision to have them do this work.
After a bad start (they sent a real dud out), they offered to send another tech. Second tech was very responsive. His efforts resulted in a proposed solution to my problem (condensation drain line clogging). They sent an installer a few days later that put in a new line and resolved an issue that had been a problem for 4 years. He was very professional and I appreciate the company's efforts to resolve a communication issue and get the job done.
Having Comfort Experts come out and fix my a/c unit was very streamlined. They had fast turn arounds and we’re very good at communicating the options available to fix my issue. Jeremy communicated with me throughout the process and was looking out for my best interest. Definitely recommend this company!
