AC system went out. I called Champion air at 10:30 PM. They were there the next morning by 7 AM. Diagnose the unit and found out that it was no longer usable. They gave me a very good deal on a new AC unit. They were very courteous and very professional. A very wonderful experience with champion air.
Wow! It’s never great when your air goes out, but it’s especially bad when it’s on a Sunday. On the hottest day of the year. On 4th of July weekend. Despite all that, Larry from Champion Air was at my home the same day. He was on time, professional, polite, but above all else, he took the time to explain everything and ensured I was satisfied. Not only that, he didn’t charge extra for coming out at the last minute on a Sunday. Larry has definitely earned my business going forward!
Larry showed up on time and figure out the capacitor issue quickly. The cap was covered under warranty and he offered me a Compressor Saver Hard Start kit to help improve life. I had him install these in both of my units and he took off the labor and service call fees. Unfortunately, I also needed 3 lbs of R410A in one unit and 4 lbs in the other, which added a lot to the bill. Since my units are only 4 years old, they most likely were not filled properly when installed. The good news is that they should now work better. Larry was very professional, courteous, helpful and answered all of my questions.
Larry was very professional, knowledgeable, and explained everything that was going on. He replaced the frozen motor which came with a 2yr warranty. Have had Champion Air service for over 10 yrs now & feel they are very trustworthy. It's running so cool now, thanks so much Larry !
Ray and Jay did a great job. They realized there was a noisy vibration from the original construction. They spent over an hour fixing the problem in the hot afternoon. Sound is gone, system is working great!!

We had rodents get in to our A/C unit and chewed through several wires and shorted it out. Patrick was terrific at diagnosing the problem and quickly fixing it. He even installed wire mesh around the opening so rats can no longer get in. He was very professional and has over 30 years experience. I’m sure that someone less experienced would have struggled to resolve the issues he found. The price he charged was very fair and lower than I expected for all he did. I will definitely call Champion the next time I have an A/C problem
Champion Air sales and service are outstanding. Repair and replacement options for HVAC units were carefully explained to me, and the whole purchase and installation process could not have gone better. I was particularly impressed that I could get three HVAC units installed in just one day. The whole operation was clearly being handled by highly competent people. If you’re tired of dealing with dodgy air conditioning companies in the Valley, dealing with Champion Air will be a delightful experience for you.
Needed 2 new AC units. Went through Costco and was connected with Champion Air. My sales rep Neil was fantastic. We agreed on a price and the very next day both units were installed. The installation crew was very quick and professional. Quality service. I would recommend their services.
Best service ever and highly trustable! Zachary is an amazing technician that knows what he’s doing and knows exactly what needs to be done to fix things. Also- a quick callback (when calling after hours), help to set up the appointment and also a notification (and callback number) when the tech is on the way. I wouldn’t go anywhere else but here!
I’ve been in facilities maintenance for a good long time now and have interacted with mega multiple vendors, Champion has reinforced my thoughts on professional installations. Their crew was like Santa’s little helpers from the time they were onsite until the the new units were operational. Believe me, I tried to find something to complain about because the pricing and services were too good to be truer, but was unable. I was very skeptical to refer my neighbor to replace her two units as well , but was so impressed,,she did the same. Great operation& good people.
Called for a rattling/grinding noise. Showed up quickly after calling the main office. Larry came out and was professional the whole time and was very knowledgeable. Fixed the issue quickly.

The Champion Air installation team did a great job installing the new AC system. the Gentleman who Champion Air send to do Duct Cleaning did a great job cleaning with great care! Zack came out to my house for a Freon leak found leak in 5 minutes it was in the condenser coil he informed me that he could get a new one under warranty he got new one and installed it . Zack was very knowledgeable and professional he did excellent work. Would definitely call your company again.

My A/C compressor failed. Scott came out within four hours and had it up and running with improved performance. Scott was knowledgeable, skilled, and an all around cool guy (pun intended)
