Great Company
Love this place. Honest and reliable
Baseline Mechanical was useless and a waste of time. They wanted to charge me a whole new system for 3,000 dollars and/or clean it out for 1,500 dls. I felt uneasy about the diagnostics as they didn't even seem to know what was happening with the AC. The point is that they wanted to charge me so much money when the diagnosis wasn't even correct. I had another amazing AC guy come and fix it for 1/3rd of the price and was HONEST about what was wrong with it. He fixed it by buying the piece that was not allowing the AC to cool. I WOULD have been OUT 3,000 dollars and plus 1,500 for cleaning it, as neither of these would have solved the problem! I DO NOT Recommend them at all. NOT ETHICAL, NOT HONEST, TRYING TO GET MONEY FROM YOU.
Fredrick was great! The poor guy ended up having to drive from Buckeye (our house) all the way to Tempe TWICE for a part. They guy was a trouper and was so nice. We are delighted that our air works. Thank you!
Best HVAC company out there
I had a thermostat go out in my house. I called Baseline Mechanical and they came out that same afternoon! Fast Service! My thermostat was fixed within 1/2 hour and the service technician Jamie was on point!

Potential business partner
I'm doing a commercial project that needed quite a bit of mechanical/Hvac work done. I called Baseline Mechanical and spoke with Ken. I emailed him the plans and he had a quote to me for a great price. I was in a rush on the project, he rearranged a few things and has his crew at the site the new morning at 6am. The whole process of doing a buildout is very stressful but Kens team was so on top of things. I also have never done this before and they figured things out for me! It also looks pretty. One of his team members even washed an existing vent for me! Call them if you need AC/HVAC there a dream to work with.
jay and the team are always very responsive, fair and competent. I have used them and referred them to family and friends, never had an issue or complaint. They are our go to team for AC repair and service.
My AC was making a grinding noise when it turned off. The service tech Nate explained it was a part that was made to wear out and could be replaced now or when it completely broke. Nate was also on time and polite but most of all honest. I will be using this company from now on for my AC needs.
I had a family emergency and had to cancel the day before because I would be out of town and did not feel comfortable leaving my house unattended while I had people working inside and outside my home. The woman who answered gave me attitude about that and I explained my situation which I didn't really need to and that I did not feel comfortable opening my home while I wasn't there or leaving a key behind. She basically told me that she would get the landlord involved and will receive a key from them as they brought in other people to get this job done and can't reschedule them. I had to scramble around and find someone to drive an hour round trip to personally let them in. The work they did while closing up the attic was horrendous. Black finger prints all over the area and chips from where the hammer hit the boards while nailing closed the attic way up, which then led to cracks. I would understand if I had to cancel hours before, but I gave 24 hour notice and felt uncomfortable letting a group of people come into my home while I'm not there with my valuables at home and hoping they would lock up correctly. Thankfully, I had a trusted member come by and check for me. Also, please check if their outside help is also bonded and has a background check. I'm regards to your response, my main concern wasn't about how things were closed up. I was more concerned about other things, in which a police report was filed and an attorney contacted me. I am only stating what was told to me and that was, "they could not reschedule due to having hired outside work." Nothing was about my landlord was mentioned.
We have always depended on Baseline Mechanical but are even more grateful for them now that we have renters. They are quick to take care of their customer's needs & a company you can trust! I highly recommend B.M. Thanks for keeping us cool!
Jay, Ken, Nate, and the other guys at Baseline Mechanical are the best. I have an old HVAC unit at my primary residence and an even older one at my rental property. Jay and Nate had done a great job of keeping both units ticking, and they have never once pressured me into replacing them. Unfortunately, it's recently become clear that the entire unit at my rental property needs to be replaced. It's a split system, and the ceiling unit is a weird size and configuration. In fact, we found out that unit is no longer made in this country and hasn't been for years. So, it's been a challenge to find one that fits. However, Jay is committed to getting this done for me and my tenants. He's also giving me a great price on the work he's doing, as he's always done. I also referred him to a friend for a second opinion on their HVAC unit. Another company told them they absolutely needed to replace it. Jay went over there, spend about 15 minutes looking it over, and told them it worked great and that the other company were probably were trying to manipulate them into needlessly spending thousands on a whole new system. Because of things like this, I never even think about calling another HVAC company. I'm a loyal customer of Baseline Mechanical with good reason: they're honest, trustworthy, and true professionals.

Jay, Ken & the entire staff are wonderful to have as my go to for all my Air Conditioning needs. Before our A/C units finally died we had a couple of different friends in the business that helped keep them running. When it came time to replace the first of two units we of course asked our friends to provide quotes. We also got a quote from Baseline Mechanical. who was recommended by a neighbor. Ultimately we went with them and now we feel like we have new friends in the business, They are fair, fast and friendly. We used them to ultimately replace two units on one house, and one on a rental property. We've since moved to an older home with two very old units, I had an issue with one unit leaking, I called them and they came out the same day and fixed the problem. I know we will be needing to replace those 2 units in the future and we certainly will be giving Baseline Mechanical a call. I highly recommend Baseline Mechanical for reliability, fair pricing and friendly service. Thank you Baseline Mechanical.
