I have used them several times for AC repairs and maintenance. Our ancient AC went out during a heatwave They came out the same day and quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue with no hassle. Very easy to work with.
I called for service on a leaky patio faucet in the morning. Ray from Duke's was here in the early afternoon. He had the faucet replaced very quickly. He was professional, efficient & friendly. I highly recommend Duke's ... and ask for Ray!
I've uses this company for many years and despite many friends saying "they have a guy", I always use them. Our unit went out 4th of July so we were miserable. Called July 5th, someone came out within 6 hours, turned out it was a very simple broken fix which was diagnosed but then the tech went through a full check of our system. This wasn't an add on- it was part of the service. Super reasonable cost to have our AC fixed
The tech Justin did a great job, was on time and courteous, and also found and fixed our problem quickly to get clean, cool air running again
We started out with one ac unit that quit working. I truly thought with it being a holiday week we would not get a technician to see it until the end of the week. The scheduler was friendly, and got put on the schedule 2 days later. The 2nd unit stopped last night and I texted the scheduler and the technician came out earlier than we were expecting and fixed both our units. Thank you so much, we will be using your company from now on!

As always, the service that Dukes of Air provides was exceptional. During our last visit, Ray helped us resolve a few plumbing items around the house. The knowledge he shared with me helped me make the right decision for what we needed to prioritize in our home. $677.60 to replace 3 capacitors despite having the "Complete Customer Care Maintenance Program"... Pretty disappointed, as the Complete Customer Care Maintenance Program is pre-paid and apparently doesn't cover labor to replace common parts that wear out, like capacitors. The technician, Kalem that came out, said we had a bad capacitor on the blower motor in the attic and 2 bad capacitors on the 2 compressor units outside as identified as part of the pre-paid inspection plan. All capacitors on the invoice say "replace warranty capacitor" That means $677.60 was all labor. So, to disconnect the capacitor wires from the terminals, 15-20 minutes of work - $677.60. Seems highly unethical and a predatory practice. If we took $550 for 15 minutes of replacement work, that would equate to $2,200 an hour in labor to replace capacitors. Additionally, he didn't even wash off the condenser unit coils like most other HVAC companies do. From Invoice: CAP-M100-0060 Replace Warranty Capacitor - Any Size: Qty 1.00 $242.00 CAP-M100-0060 Replace Warranty Capacitor - Any Size: Qty 2.00 $435.60 - Supposedly this is with a 10% discount as well... 6/19/2023 $677.60 - Total for 3 capacitors under warranty.
Update: After referring 3 people in my family for new HVACS, I finally needed this service myself. One of my ACs dumped out on the night b4 Father's Day. They had a tech out by 8:30 that Sunday. I needed a new unit. I had 2 that were 16 years old! I decided to replace both. Yesterday, in 8 hours, I had 2 new QUIET units up and working. They rebuilt the attic access trapdoor BETTER than it had been before. They cleaned up so well that you'd never know they'd been here. And I have a light carpet! The crew was neat, courteous, and arrived when they said they would. Thank you, Dukes. I will continue to refer my friends and family to you. Ace was on time, neat, friendly, and professional. He made a thorough assessment of our units and made recommendations. I appreciated his honest, no-nonsense approach.
I was previously a loyal customer and had a great experience about a year ago. However, when one of my units was having trouble recently my opinion has dramatically changed. Feeling like I had no option, I went ahead and paid almost $8000 for a repair, because I was told the inverter and control board was bad and cost $5000. Second guessing myself, I contacted another company after the repair was done (unfortunately). I have since found out that the part cost about $400. The difference between $7K and $400 is simply ridiculous. Not sure if it was the tech, or the company, but regardless I just got taken to the cleaners by a crook. AVOID this company!!! UPDATE: I asked for an invoice showing labor cost and parts cost and they refused. The invoice only has the total. That is a great way to hide your dishonesty I guess. Now all my contact is ignored. What a poor way to run a business. Nothing but a bunch of crooks.
First time with Tony as our service technician, he IS awesome to say the least! He was diligent in his work, very respectful, took the time to explain things, offered good preventative maintenance advice and just did an all around good job! We will definitely be requesting Tony as our service technician moving forward! Thank you Dukes for Tony!

Dukes of Air has taken care of our A/C system for 4 years after a very poor installation when the house was built. We have had an excellent experience with all of their team members. Highly recommend!

Replaced a leaky hot water heater. It was ancient and they still got it done quickly with no muss or fuss. Extremely pleasant experience through and through.
Dustin came out to do cooling maintenance. He noticed that the condenser was running hot. He recommended an ECM condenser reconditioning package. He quoted a very fair price and worked for 2 hours installing the package. I would recommend Dustin and Arizona Dukes of Air to everyone. They really care!
No one wants their AC going out on 100+ degree days. Justin was out in a couple of hours and had it fixed in no time. He was pleasant, professional and took the time to explain everything and all the options I had without any sales pressure.
