They came out very quickly after we contacted them that our air had gone out. Called when they were on their way. Had the part we needed with no wait! Checked the unit over and stayed to make sure it was cooling. Explained what it was, what needed to be done and the cost beforehand. Courteous.

Great company
Replace my AC/heating unit on my old house. Did a great job and went above and beyond to make sure the installation was a good fit. Used the unit for about 4 months now with huge improvements and efficiency. Also troubleshooted the wrong part that the previous company incorrectly replaced a few days earlier and provided a solution until the new unit was installed
Trint and crew are awesome! Called same day, they came out and fixed the issue and the house was cool in no time! On time, very knowledgeable and professional! Highly recommend Air Express!!
