Today I had the best experience ever with the service that Air Care provided me from the moment I had to look for a company that would give me the security and confidence that my home and air conditioning needs. After almost 2 months of waiting for my Home Warranty Company to help me with the inspection and maintenance of my unit, I had the pleasure of meeting and dealing with a true professional and honest technician…KEN is definitely the one you can trust. He explained to me step by step how the process was going to be, he showed me with photos what he found and needed to be fixed urgently. He gave me several options that fit my budget at the time. Oh. My. Goodness! So glad to have found Air Care! They responded immediately and their tech, Lucas, was a marvel! He quickly found the issue with the a/c unit, fixed the problem and went over the whole unit to make sure there weren’t any other problems. I am going to put him in my speed dial in case I ever need his help again—or any of my friends do! Ask for Lucas, you won’t be disappointed!
Suddenly needed AC repair and called this company. They sent out a technician with an hour. Lucas was incredibly knowledgeable, trustworthy, and thorough. Really personable. Would hire this company again just based on the experience with Lucas. He was really good.
We apologize for taking time away from your family to come "fix" our 13 year old ac that was working great before you came to do "maintenance" on it. If, like you said you are a man of God and you do good and take care of your customers, you should really let them know ahead of time the dangers or possibly having issues with it 5 hours after having "tests" done. Just seems a bit shady once you left the ac stopped working.The starters, compressors, fans, and constantly mentioning the ac is old and all these other parts. The prices you were quoting going from $39 to 375, 600, 800 and finally to thousands of dollars for new unit. And if you so badly want me to remove the previous review because it affects you tremendously. Next time, own the fact that you damaged our ac . You clearly wanted to make a lot more money from us. You took advantage of us.15 years of expertise, advise customers that running the testing you offer will damaged older units. Thank you

Robert came on a Sunday afternoon to fix our a/c that suddenly stopped working. He repaired the problem and checked the airflow before he left. Excellent customer service, he answered all of our questions and gave us some tips on filters. We will request him for future services.

My shower drain was clogged. Received a coupon in the mail for a drain clear. I called and was scheduled for the following day. They resolved my issue efficiently and made no attempt to upsell me on additional services; they merely honored the coupon, did the job well, and were on their way. I will use their services again without a doubt.
Ken and Frank did a great job evaluating our A/C unit for the summer. We have an older system now, but they took care of us to make sure our system is in peek shape to last as long as possible. They made a list of all the things going right and things that need attention, taking pictures to show us everything along the way.
Ken was very kind and helpful, definitely recommend this company.

THANK YOU KEN! My son and I came to visit family in AZ on the HOTTEST week ever, but Ken came and saved the visit! Friendly and fast and went out of his way to make sure we were all cool and comfortable!
