I was having a problem with my Nest thermostat. This is the 3rd house I've installed a nest, but for whatever reason I could not figure out how to get the settings right for this system. Damir came to my house the same day I contacted, and within an hour had diagnosed the problem and now it's running flawlessly.
We have used 365 Mechanical to replace our AC unit in our house and then, liked their quality and service so much, had them install an air conditioning unit in our garage without getting quotes. We knew their work ethics and their fair pricing. We have since had them come and do regular maintenance. They are a great company to work with. We highly recommend them!
These guys were great! They were timely and polite both days they came for my AC/ Heater install. Not only did I see the employees, but the owner came each day to insure proper installation and customer understanding. So far everything has been fast and seamless! Thanks 365!
It is such a relief to work with such an honest company. I had a coil that needed to be replaced in my house and 365 was so quick to respond and send guys out. They understood the urgency during the Arizona summer with kids in the house and they made sure to kept my house cool until parts came in for the repair. It felt like working with family, and they answered all my questions and concerns. I will always recommend and refer my friends and family to 365 Mechanical. They WILL take care of your needs.

This was the first time I have used 365 Mechanical and it was a very positive experience. I have a rental property with an elderly couple and their a/c was not working. Damir was able to send someone out to fix it within 2 hours--very responsive, polite, and professional. I will definitely use this company again and refer them to my contacts.
365 Mechanical has provided service to my home for years. Their technicians are always prompt, knowledgeable, and will provide honest and up-front information about the state of our AC system and vents. With their services, our AC system has stayed in proper working condition. They did everything they could to answer an emergency call when our AC system shut-down in the middle of summer and exceeded our expectations on a response time. They are also very clear and fair about their pricing and will not surprise you with costs.
We use them on all our investment properties as well as our personal homes throughout the years. Your response time is quick and have awesome customer service. When you sent out Mike to install the Ecobee Thermostats, he was knowledgeable about the units and was able to get them installed and programmed in no time at all. It's that time of year when Arizona starts to over utilize their AC units. I feel confident when 365 comes out that they assess our needs correctly and fix our issues right on the spot. They were on time and professional. I recommend them!
365 Mechanical is impressive! I called to find out the cost to service my 2 rooftop units. Brandon, on the phone, answered all of my questions and then told me the price for servicing my units, so I booked an appointment. They worked around my schedule. When the technician showed up, he was on time, dress well, courteous and also took the time to answer my questions, then perform the maintenance needed. They are well worth the money and will be receiving all of my business in the future. I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND 365 MECHANICAL TO EVERYONE I KNOW.
365 provides top notch service. My A/C went down a couple of Summers ago and the owner of the company called me personally and sent someone that same morning. They provided a detailed estimate and were transparent about what they recommended and why. They completed the work quickly and efficiently and I haven't had a problem since.
365 Mechanical recently installed a large HVAC system to one of our buildings at House of Refuge. In addition, we also use them for HVAC maintenance and repair. They are extremely responsive, very professional, they can diagnose and fix the problem in a timely manner, and we feel the value is right for the service. We highly recommend them for residential and commercial HVAC needs.
