Had a new mini split installed and it worked for 4 days. It took a week to get a tech back out and they have decided that their company installed it wrong and it has a leak in it. At this point, i would not recommend them.
Hansen has been my go to plumbing service provider for quite some time now. The techs have all been professional and the prices reasonable.
The 2 young men were very friendly & cordial. It did not take them but a few minutes to determine what needed to be done & fixed the plumbing. Great job!

New HVAC AC system stopped working. No cooling, tech inspected started troubleshooting found that new blower was not functioning diagnostic was done to blower components found that a connector was not properly seated and had vibration caused it to come loose causing lower to stop functioning, causing system to freeze-up once functioning system thawed in about 45min. Great service knowledgeable technician prompt service call within a hour.

Gio was at the house within an hour of calling. He was not “pushy.” He laid out what the issues were and what could be done. Once decisions were made we had an appointment for two units to be installed the next day. It’s hard to even get a service call that quick from a lot of places.

Last Thursday morning about 7:30 AM, I noticed my grinder/lift pump red light was on. I called Hansen and Gabrielle F. had Shawn B. at my door around 9:15 AM. Gabrielle was pleasant and helpful on the phone. Shawn was GREAT! He explained everything he did repair-wise and he discussed the do's and don'ts of grinder/lift pump usage and maintenance. We will definitely be using Hansen Super Techs in the future.
