The technician was prompt and diagnosed the problem with the generator readily. My only complaints was he was not able to program the generator for weekly cycling.
My duct system was falling apart, had the entire thing replaced, they were here about 5 hours and then done. 12 drops, new return. And cleaned up before they were gone. Real happy about the work, excited to go trough summer with better air circulation. Had Patrick come out today to check the system, he did a great thorough job, my AC is running fine
The technician was super and I got a unit from a competitor and wish I had chosen Hansen. You save in the long run
Roger and the rest of the team that worked on my AC and duct work did a great job. They got everything installed in a day and the ax was kicking along as soon as they were done. Definitely recommend this company.

We had an outage on saturday and the Hansen tech arrived within about 3 hours. Very professional and knowledgable tech. 175.00 to broken float switch. Then 380.00 to replace the switch about a week and a half later when they came back to do annual service on units. Seemed to be overpriced for the part replacement.

Roger was great! He came in and helped us find the solution to our broken AC, fixed it fast, and then even helped us figure out the location of an unrelated water leak! Very helpful and very nice.
Our air conditioning officially works after being in the heat all week while we were trying to figure out if it was something we could fix. Came same day. Thanks!

The plumbing service very, very professional and very reasonably priced. I have used Hansen heating and air and plumbing services for many years and have always been very satisfied with everything. This time I felt like the man who came to do the the required work, Zackery , was really outstanding in the way he repaired our problem and again at a reasonable price. I would highly recommend Hansen to anyone requiring the services they offer.
Jerry, Pete and Zac were not only professional but personable. They took the time to communicate what we needed and provided us with options that would best suit our needs. They kept us informed, and gave me a sense of ease after realizing we needed a whole new unit. For a company to provide same day service at(8:45 pm) and to provide service with a smile- I can tell you, that I’m completely SOLD on Hanson.
